I think the mystery of the overseas buyer is solved now, But It will be interesting if they start piling in again today...IMO

JB/CASTRO have only recently taken over, and they seem to be moving things forward, the announcement today is a reinforcement for me that things are about to change, There is a few people trying to bend the truth regarding todays announcement- maybe they opened a short and it aint going low enough. I am more optimistic today than I was yesterday and sure i will be more so going forward. I am running a loss also but see the asset we have in Slovenia but more importantly the new BOD.

Blue, the appeal that was denied was to the ministry regarding ARSO, the Appeal we are waiting on now and have since July is to the administrative courts as to the legality of the decision.

The point is now AST has a significant driver to raise the SP, Don't think JB/Castro would have entered into it if they had no plan, I would assume a steady flow of news now to get the sp to a better level, both pieces of news out of the way today that could lower the SP now full steam ahead IMO.

Well if riverfort are willing to invest it must give some confidence to the market. JB has still got a good outlook we still have the ground and investigating new areas, we knew money was needed now we have it.

I am happy with my holding and will add when we are in dividend territory, I think JW's plan is to get on the main market as soon as practically possible.

Nice close 22% up without news,another couple of days like this then news would see a good rise if news all positive. £7mill market cap and at last check £250mill in the ground, refinery permit in the bag- we either need good seismic data with shallow resources or win the appeal for a major +, if we get both I cant imagine the upside, If we lose the appeal and the seismic info is poor we will be back down but cant see why JB would be in talks with the partners if that was the case. AIMOHO.

It seems clear any buying is going to get a quick reaction, MM's must be very nervous! Seismic data and short term plan should be released this week.

All companies are valued at what they can produce (money wise) AST's value is currently "X" an unknown quantity, The Seismic data will quantifye "X". AIMHO
