The GSA is the one I am most interested in followed by the marine licience which seems all but a given.

The key part I found was that AST finally admitted they needed technical competence steering the ship, to have that now along with experience of legal dealings with this type of government is priceless. I have had colleagues of mine go to China and crash and burn because of the cultural differences, To deal succesfully in any country you need to fully understand how they tick, and I believe JB does or atleast seems to.

Depends if the tree huggers are kept at bay I would guess at initially 1-1.5,if appeal from protesters blocked 2p+ don't forget we have the refinery permit already- we only need the production- we may even be able to get the production without stimulating, The seismic data is as key as the appeal IMO if both the appeal is won and the seismic data is superb, all your birthdays at once! not even considering the damages claim in the above so add £50mill to that and...well you do the maths.

seismic data is due next week so any rise could be in anticipation of good news and the appeal is due and it is believed we have a very strong case so really two very good reasons for dipping your toe but as always only risk what yopu can afford to lose :-)

If I were piling in on a stock at 0.40 and the sp dropped but no change to the fundamentals it would not stop me buying. This stock has been traded a lot so fast changes in sp are common, personally I ride the wave picking up on the dips as if the true potential is reached I will be well set up for the future, and AST are still debt free and have an asset of approx £250m but I am expecting that to be greatly exceeded with the report on the re-examined seismic data for the whole site not just Pet.

next week is mid september so seismic data should be released and the appeal should be heard V soon so could be a stellar end to the month. That being said I see it has a buy and if data comes better than expected strong buy.

I think the point regarding weather is the fact we nearly ran out of gas last time the beast from the East came and INFA will go a long way to mitigate that risk along with the FSRU project.
Dissagree the last RNS was negative because it was a status report and I personaly welcome more of the same.

JB did say they are working with Geonegro to exploit the fields by other means and the 3d data will be finished come mid September. I believe JB will be hungry for success as nobody wants failure on their CV..AIMHO.

Well (no pun intended), For JB to make an about turn on Petisovci can only point toward that the remapped 3d seismic data shows some serious options, in a couple of weeks time all will be in the open.

I thought JB said at the presentation in April, He would buy through his wife as director dealing was messy? But agree it would be a vote of confidence but also agree there is that much going on it could be seen as insider dealing..... As long as there is regular updates like today I am happy and sure the market will be.
