Yeah, I listened to that too. He also, however, said elsewhere in the podcast that he got out of other companies way too early. I understand his point about DNL but I'm going to hold and if it does drop down, buy more. I'm in for the long term.

Tesco paid the special divi but also diluted the shares so if you had 19 shares before special divi you only had 15 after. I actually lost a small amount on the deal at the time. Bit of a nightmare really so I hope AV don't do the same.

I've not said anything on here for a couple of months as I didn't want to jinx it but I'm a happier holder here since the half year results and will continue to hold.
I first bought NWF in mid 2020 and bought ANP at the same time. Just a modest amount in both to counter some of the more "exciting" shares in my portfolio. ANP have risen just shy of 60% while, after a few months of ups and downs, NWF are now about 10% up and this seems to be holding. With the reasonable dividends this is miles better than sticking the money in the bank that's for sure. Hoping that NWF will now kick on in 2021 and really fulfil the "Super Stock" status given to them by Stockopedia.
Question is, should I buy a few more?

I'm hoping the massive share drop today was overdone and will look for something of a recovery tomorrow. There already seems to be a large buy at 84p.

If RGL's action against HL causes the share price to go down then this will cause all the current share holders to lose money at least on paper. Oh the irony. Maybe we can all sue them! Haha

Well played Walkley. Can't fault your strategy. I mistakenly kept hold of a few myself but, like you, I was more than happy to buy more in the 52's and the decent recovery meant I was able to have a positive day.
Management are making the right moves and I agree with the priority of further debt reduction/elimination after getting rid of 39% of it in 2020. Increased dividends back up to 1p + can follow in time.
Will be interesting what happens to the share price in the short term but either way the longer term prospects are looking nothing but positive.

After the cracking January update the preliminary results for the year ending 31 December 2020 are out on Tuesday. ERGO have been a great investment for me so far and am very interested in how much higher they can fly.

No surprise as you say. I was happy to buy more at the bottom of the dip on Friday even though it meant averaging up, something I'm usually averse.
Full year performance expected to be comfortably ahead of upgraded market consensus. Q1 2021 performance to materially exceed 2020 Q1 and management expectations. Strong cash position. Paying dividends. Interesting investment in Trellus etc. and Trellus IPO to come. EKF have been one of my better investments and happy to hold long term.
