First time interview for Paul Cuff on VOX yesterday. Came across really well again I thought. Happy to be invested here long term. 5%+ dividend, recurring revenues, growth potential etc.

In their Corporate action IWEB(Halifax) state 1 Poolbeg to every 2.9815446584 ORPH

From IWEB (Halifax):
"In reference to why it is in the sharedealing account it looks as though the stock is not yet registered in terms of trading so until we are made aware of the status of the stock it would be in the sharedealing account. They (IWEB Events Team) have advised that they will be writing to customers via a corporate action notification which will be sent out shortly containing more information."
They are looking into the incorrect number (I am only 3 shares short on a total of 19051 qualifying ORPH shares)
I assume IWEB will correct the name from Poolberg to Poolbeg in due course

Thanks Scooby. I did ask IWEB and they said there is a US regulation to prevent US citizens buying SMD and IWEB can't police this police this so they just don't have SMD on their system.

Won't let me buy SMD (or IIG) Could I ask what platform others here are using to buy SMD?
