LSE showing £2m of buys today

Today's RNS clears up the confusion generated by the statement in the Final Results from 12th April which said "The final dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register in June 2021, with the ex-dividend date being in July 2021" but I still don't know when the dividend will actually be paid. Am I missing something?

I'm planning to hold.

Callasjunkie. I sold all mine too (although I was luckier than you and at least made a tiny profit after averaging down on the drops) I went through the "Special Dividend" (return of capital) and share consolidation with Tesco in February and lost money on the deal. According to the bulletin board comments at the time, many, more savvy Tesco shareholders sold prior to the "Special Dividend" then bought back afterwards or went elsewhere. I learnt my lesson hence me selling VEC last week.
(neither my VEC nor Tesco shares were in an ISA this being already full when I bought them)

Thanks for posting this Maccc. Exciting future ahead here I think and looking at a LTH. They could do with making their videos a bit slicker in future though.

Looked into it and invested.
Changed its name from Polypipe to Genuit reflecting the development of new product areas. Although hit hard by covid with 60% slump in annual profit had strong second half and hiked its dividend citing a second-half rebound in housing construction markets. Company bullish on outlook for 2021 and beyond.

I believe JW has bought a few here and waiting to buy more on a dip before releasing one of his videos. Will be interesting if this is the case and if it tempts followers to buy in.
