If they cannot raise money in certain period of time and don't pay back the borrowed money in certain period of time then their all cpp share holding will also melt away. If they allotted new share to all old share holders they could save themselves from this trouble.

MM does not care there are many buyers or not because there are not many shares to sell. You can sell all yours back if you like tomorrow you will not get it under 10p

as you sow in right season so shall you reap for harvest. a single solid buyer made very good decision.
