Well Notrex, The price has risen from the 0.2 level it was at a month ago (15% up) and is 4.5% up today so is heading in the right direction.

Any sniff of gold in the upcoming drilling and this will easily be double where we are now IMHO....sentiment is driving the increase at the moment (as it did the previous drop from the 0.3's) whereas results and progress will drive this in the medium/long term. Nothing is baked in to the SP at the moment and that will change with Lolworth results due anytime and drilling to commence within the next 3 weeks.

Another day when buys outweigh sells c11m v 2.5m so far today.

I would not go as far as describing it as 'incessant' buying (as others may), but it is the 4th or 5th day in a row where buys are on top.

Notrex, 3 buys and one sell so far today, so the 'relentless selling' statement is not valid.

We know there are a number of updates that will drop over the coming weeks which will show progress.....Lolworth will shape up further (at some point the market will realise this is a really good asset) and drilling confirmation will also peak some interest.

So news is incoming to push this forward in to a new range.

I would post it as an absolute, but that would not be true.

Like those who in the past say the SP will drop below 0.x ....based on nothing , but has been stated as a fact.

I expect the announcement to be this week ,but it's not guaranteed....and other RNSs may come (any excuse to post the list again ;-)

With regards to the 'sticky hands' selling , Doc said in a recent interview that they review the share register weekly and the investors still had their holding. It is actually a trader who has a large holding and is trading between 0.2 and 0.25 regularly.

Obviously I will take their word for this unless you have any actual evidence that the 'sticky hands' investors have sold.

Don't know why you think the price is down today.

Finished yesterday 0.2325/ 0.2206 and currently 0.2363/0.2209 so slightly up ,but basically flat

...and I used HL for prices as I know they are your favourite (See, I do care!...lol).

Confirmation of the drilling contract and drill start date confirmation will see us break out of this range....that's if the realisation that this is fundamentally under priced at these levels doesn't do it first

The main known news flow will of course be the drilling and results.....I expect the SP to rise as anticipation increases. Get some good results there and the SP will stay well north of where we are now.

And that's the crux of the investing case at the moment Notrex (ignoring all the testing, drilling and positive results from Lolworth)....The SP is in the pothole at the moment and for any new investor/ topping up buying at these levels there is a great chance of making a decent profit even if it only get's to 'gutter level'.

For LTHs there is a way to go , but for new investors this is a pretty compelling investment to make.

To be fair Notrex, You said earlier today that the company MCAP should be at least the value of it's assets which as of the last financial report would mean the SP should be 0.35ish....an that's without the new KP license factored in .

That would account for zero gold as well....so no potential built in to that price.

Does seem very undervalued at the moment IMHO.

You've hit the nail on the head.

The 2019 drilling campaign results were extremely encouraging and improved with the whole of bag testing due to the nuggety nature of the gold..

The Creswick drilling campaign run earlier this year by AH (which felt like a bit of a last throw of the dice) gave disappointing results although gold was present in each core.

The nuggety terrain does mean that drilling is likely to be hit and miss on occasion , however there has been a lot of very structured soil sampling to identify where these 'shoots' are located in Creswick, with Cuboid Hill obviously being one of the primary targets identified (amongst 10+ targets we are led to believe).

The Pp is where it is as recent drilling has been disappointing, however IF the upcoming drilling finds a decent level of gold then the interest in a potential JV will be re-ignited. It was the potential of a JV that drove the SP to 4p last time so you would expect the MCAP to go to a similar level if there was confidence of a similar JV approach at Creswick.

A JV at Creswick with the partner doing the heavy lifting would free up ECR to spend it's efforts on Lolworth and continue the excellent progress and results that ware being achieved there .

Of course the other prospect moving forward is JV interest at Baillieston which is adjacent to Southern Cross and you would think also subject to interest?.

Plenty of possibilities ahead.

From a new Directors point of view getting a fresh pair of eyes on the data was a prudent move.

Must admit I give AJ some slack as he discovered Lolworth which I think will develop into an absolute monster asset over the coming year or two.

He does need to up his game/get better luck on drilling (depending on your viewpoint) in Victoria or the pressure will be on.
