VICTORIA GOLDFIELDS OPERATIONAL UPDATE

ECR Minerals plc (LON: ECR), the gold exploration and development company focussed on Australia, is pleased to provide the following update on its activities in Victoria, Australia, which are carried out through the Company’s wholly owned Australian subsidiary Mercator Gold Australia Pty Ltd (“MGA”).

HIGHLIGHTS
• MGA has taken delivery of its new Cortech CSD1300G diamond drill rig and a new operational base is being established in Bendigo, Victoria.
• All necessary permissions are in place for drilling at the HR3 prospect within the Bailieston project area, where drilling operations will commence as soon as the drill rig is ready.
• Soil geochemistry and geological mapping completed at the Cherry Tree prospect in the Baillieston project area.

DRILL RIG AND NEW OPERATIONAL BASE
Further to the Company’s announcement dated 14 September 2020, the new drill rig has been delivered and is now being set up for work under the supervision of MGA’s highly experienced drilling manager Graeme Noble.

MGA is establishing a new operational facility in Bendigo, Victoria, where the rig will be based. The facility includes more than 1,000 square metres of shed, office and storage space. MGA intends to carry out cutting and sampling of diamond drill core on site as well as using the facility for maintenance and storage of the new drill rig and other equipment. The facility is within easy driving distance of both the Bailieston and Creswick projects.

DRILLING PLANS - BAILIESTON HISTORIC RESERVE #3 (HR3)
All necessary permissions are in place for drilling at the HR3 prospect, which comprises at least four closely-spaced lines of reef, including the Byron, Dan Genders, Scoulars and Maori Reefs, plus numerous cross-structures. This provides a number of drill-ready targets, and it is planned that drilling will commence at HR3 as soon as the new drill rig has been made ready for operations.

MIAMI, Nov. 19, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK), today announced that Carnival Corporation (the "Corporation") priced a registered direct offering (the "Offering") of an aggregate of 10.4 million shares (the "Shares") of its common stock at a price of $17.59 per share to a limited number of holders (the "Holders") of its 5.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2023 (the "Convertible Notes"). The Corporation intends to use the proceeds from the Offering to repurchase from such Holders an aggregate of $90.8 million principal amount of its Convertible Notes (the "Note Repurchases," and collectively with the Offering, the "Transactions") in privately negotiated transactions.

Carnival Corporation & plc Announces Closing of an Equity Offering and Repurchase of Convertible Notes

MIAMI, Nov. 19, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK), today announced that Carnival Corporation (the "Corporation") has closed its previously announced registered direct offering of 49.2 million shares of its common stock at a price of $18.05 per share to a limited number of holders of its 5.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2023 (the "Convertible Notes"). The Corporation used the proceeds from this closing to repurchase $427.9 million principal amount of its Convertible Notes in privately negotiated transactions.

The Corporation expects to close an additional 8.2 million shares as part of the registered direct offering on November 20, 2020. The Corporation intends to use the net proceeds from the November 20, 2020 closing to repurchase an additional $71.5 million principal amount of its Convertible Notes in a privately negotiated transaction.

Volz has secured £500k funding

So on a completely different level to the funding they would require to takeover RMS.
Would be at least £50m based on the current SP and a much different proposition to a £500k takeover...…..so the link is both tenuous and unrealistic IMHO.

Bridges, £2.50 would mean a £7.5bn takeover ….sounds a tad high

Combines with the multi-million share dilution today it's not a good day for shareholders.

More FCC issued and a longer period until new 'paying' passengers return.
Does anyone know what the current FCC total is???
Carnival have got a lot of debt that will need to be regularly paid off as we go through 2021 and beyond and the sizable proportion of passenger on FCC will not be providing the fresh revenue required to do this for the next 12 months or so.
More dilutions and fund raises to come over the coming months.

Don't forget half the yanks don't believe in Covid or masks :-0

The search for the lesser spotted drill rig continues.

The Pfeizer vaccine is not the answer ...only 90% effectiveness and a number of questions around it's long term effectiveness (not to mention the other issues).
Would you go in to elective surgery if there was a 1 in 10 chance that there might still be issues?...pretty pants odds!

I feel that the Oxford (and other) vaccines will be more effective and easier to administer.
Sareum (SAR) is an interesting company to look at as it's taking a different approach which may be able to treat all variances of the disease and adapt quickly if it mutates.

So better news coming in the coming weeks/months on the vaccine front.

Has Jet2 diluted shares by 40% and run up £10bn+ in debt as well (and that will grow again in a couple of months)?
If not then there is no comparison.

Just taking the dilution would mean the old £30/share is now c£21/share if we return to previous MCAP valuation....
That would ignore the debt pile and the inevitable extra running costs for additional covid related processes and the increase in fuel cost that will come as the world economy recovers.

Keep in mind that the government has said it will roll out a million vaccinations a week ( am assuming that's 1m vaccination and not 1m jabs as each person need 2 doses) with the priority being those in care homes (not our customers).
So if you need 70% vaccinated for herd immunity it will take 42 weeks to get there.
So if the vaccination programme starts at the start of December you are looking at August/September before we get back to 'normal'.....and that's assuming the UK government hits it's targets.

Ridiculous blaming the MMs for every fall...I don't see everyone claiming the MMs are ramping a share every time it goes up.
MMs make money on share volume and don't general give a s*** if the overall travel is up or down (excluding short term spikes).
Andy is correct , it's the some company with the same pipeline/prospects as it had a week ago.
So in the words of that great 21st century philosopher:

He knows that the Pfizer vaccine is not the final answer and that second generation vaccines will be much more effective and safer.....getting out while their share price rides a wave is a smart move

A few wrinkles to work out on the vacine (storage @-70, is it effective for all age groups side effects, can it be mass produced quickly, will it be effectivefor other variants of Covid). Should get this sorted in 2-3 months then they can start the programme. Then another 3-4 months to get sufficient volumes of people vaccinated ( can see the US as a problem as the anti-vax BS will be loud over there). So with a fair wind things could be returning near normal by June/July next year. I believe there will be better vaccines available with a much better effectiveness than 90%.
So probably another 2 cash raises until we return to something like BAU. But should be firing on all cylinders by Autumn 2021.
Then we can get the calculators out to see how much profit is required to pay back the billions in debt payments over the next 7 years.
I for one will be cruising...in 2022 if it is still safe.

Victoria to WA travel restrictions easing so that Victoria is included in the 'low risk' category from 14th Nov.
Up to this point no travel is permitted from Vic to WA unless meeting very specific criteria.
From 14th Nov you may enter WA from Vic , but with 14 day quarantine.
