Agreed, will take a couple of years to get there...and only if everything comes up roses.

In the mean time we have the fantastic licenses, great historic results (unlike recent snake related companies) , the 3rd largest mining company in the world are "very keen on Creswick" which could hold "up to $8BN of gold",.
Baillieston with Black Cat adjacent to the only Newmont licence in Victoria, 2 areas with the same structure as Fosterville (the most profitable mine in the world), Blue Moon with a few hundred thousand of oz of gold.
Not to mention our own diamond drill, assay capabilities to assist targeting of drilling.
Fully funded for 2021, and potential milestone payments on disposals, 42% rebate for all R&D activity, multi Lillian tax credit and a new license on which our geologist wrote his thesis.

Shared the comparing the Cobr board as we are cross ramping today I thought I'd join the party.
Disappointing recent drilling there I see.

I sold COBR about a month ago to top up here and have not reversed that trade. Will keep an eye on progress there, but my cash is staying firmly in ECR as COBR seems more of a gamble for now.

I think thats a reasonable assessment. Both are good investments if all goes well ECR could 10 bag in a year and cobra could 20 bag or both go to zilch! You can add or subtract to/from the list or agree/disagree with my views that’s what makes a market.

There is definitely a seller in the background.
A lot of 500k sells over the last couple if days which has held this back a little.

Could be those warrant conversions from the last RNS in which case they will be cleared shortly as we are getting decent volumes if trades.

I forsee alot of "sellers regret" on this board over the coming weeks/months

No, just the awareness increasing that ECR is undervalued with MASSIVE potential.
If the herd arrive this board will temporarily go way down in standard as the 20%ers go for short term profits.

ECR is a fantastic medium/long term share (not to say some will make money in the short term).

The general consensus is gold will continue to rise with most commentators having predictions between $2500-$5000/ oz.
Great news for all gold miners.

It will interesting to see if ECR features in a number of "share tips for 2021" lists.
Recognition and awareness of ECR has widened over the last month, but I still feel that it is flying under the radar to a certain extent.

Certainly an interesting year to come for ECR.

Good debate yesterday.
Next few trading days will be interesting as the lower volume days can shift the SP with not many trades.
Miners not doing well today with a few spooked on Cobras poor drilling results and potential Brexit deal meaning plenty of trading opportunities in FTSE companies today.

ECR holding up well and I have a small stash of cash ready to take advantages of any unwarranted dips here.

I've just been moved in to tier 4 from boxing day:-( and take this as a sign ECR will do the same...stuck at tier 3.8 at the moment.

The good news is that if there is high demand for the shares then the amount and price of warrants would be fewer and at a higher exercise price.

A moot point at the moment and will only need worrying about potentially in the second half of 2021 and ECR will probably be a completely different beast by then.

Why would you think we want to be debt free?
CB has discussed mining loans as a possibility in interviews this year so it is a possibility for future financing.
That is one reason why we would need to price up a JORC resource.
Why dilute when you can get a loan and preserve shareholder value with the knowledge that the resource will easily and quickly repay the debt and more.
Have you noticed how excited Craig get when discussing Fosterville in interviews and he has said s couple of areas in Baillieston look to have similar qualities to the Fosterville mine...."just printing money" is how he describes it so if we have some similar (albeit smaller scale) areas then this could be financed to ho to production and bankroll the rest of Baillieston.

Also, just to point out that CB has said that ECR are fully funded for 12 months so any talk of near term fund raising has no basis.

Gino, If we get a JV with Newmont then a mcsp of 90-130m will not be unreasonable.
This an sp of 14-20p.
This will be augmented with Baillieston drilling results in H1 2021 so possible we will be higher than that.
We have no further funding required at least until the end of next year with the warrants exercised and I expect that the JV partner will take on the financial burden for the Creswick drilling programme.
Therefore any future fundraising will be considerably higher than 5-7p.
Also CB said in a June interview that he would seek alternative funding to preserve shareholder value (his background is Finance) and he mentioned Mining Banks in Australia.

I think that the total shares if all warrants were exercised, including those @5p the total would be around 710m.

Another quarter of a million pounds in the ECR coffers and 17m shares issued.
There have been quite s few 500k trades over the last 3 or 4 days so I think a number have been forward sold.
May explain the drop yesterday.
