I don't see the need to 'force their hand' on anything.
It's in their interest to build shareholder value so I'd rather leave them to run the company to create that , rather than each week spending hours on admin work to release endless RNSs so some needy shareholders can get instant gratification.

I'm with you AG and think the odds are on us going alone on Baillieston.
Just exploring other less likely possibilities...I have learnt to never rule anything out.

Let me throw this one out there:
Previously CB said he did not want to do a JV on Creswick AND Baillieston as it would trigger AIM rule 15 (basically, ECR would become a cash shell as it would have divested nearly all it's assets and not have control over them) which would mean ECR is no longer a mining company.
If ECR are granted a number of the 8 licence applications and it's portfolio increases then would it then be able to agree a JV on Creswick AND a JV on Baillieston without triggering article 15 and therefore CB would be happy to do this???
That could be the licensing news he is waiting for?
Not saying that is the case , but wanted to throw the possibility out there.

The only problem with marketing MASA to the MAGA crowd is they are the anti- mask element so there would be no market.
And you would alienate the 80m + pro mask wearers.

I would expect so ...although copper prices have soared lately.
For the quantity used in the masks I would expect the 'processing' cost to get the copper/silver to it's required final state would be as big an expense as the raw materials

With only two projects, focused on bringing one to a resource and the other to JV then there are going to be gaps in between updates of few days/weeks.
I'd rather have than and progression, rather than repeated empty pointless RNSs for the sake of it (RNSs cost the company time and money as well)
At least you know when we get news that it's actual progress and should be value/knowledge enhancing not just 'filler' that adds no value.
I like sjm's NDA theory, although I'm not putting my eggs in that basket.

You're correct , he did say that ne would not be publishing in house results in an interview earlier this year.
I think he was getting a little excited when he said he was tempted to publish the XRF results a couple of weeks ago.

We'll find out if that excitement was justified soon (hopefully very soon).

I would never invest in a PJ company personally.
As a very LTH I remember the snake oil salesman with his many widespread projects requiring endless additional funding and promises of jam tomorrow that never came to fruition.
Never seemed to be a long term 'end goal'.
Great speaker and brilliant communicator and I hope for holders in his companies that he has learned from his mistakes although his MO seems to be repeating.
CB has been a breath of fresh air, down to business, progressing towards an end goal and having concern about shareholder value. A major step up IMHO.

Loved it in the interview when Craig was discussing licenses and said that we were a real/proper mining company and did drilling and exploration each year.
Bit of a subtle dig at PJ who tends to grab licenses willy nilly over a number of countries and then creates financing vehicles...but tends to do very little drilling.
CB obviously thinks this record of activity give ECR the edge on the disputed license.

Happy to wait, I have taken my position here and will let it play out.
Especially happy to wait is it means an amplified Creswick JV.
More licenses and a JV joint RNS would be an absolute game changer...but let's not get ahead of ourselves......nothing is a done deal until the contracts are signed.

Poor, We know the 5m a month is incorrect as the last business update stated that the machine was running below capacity and they were only operating one shift.
Previously they stated that they would produce 5m a month with a 24/7 operation at full capacity.
I think the Dr Cave comment was 'made for tv' and not accurate.
