The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I think there is potential here so jumped on board this morning
Gordonbennet...
I see that COLP that you were pumping on Friday is 40% down from that high
And MAST that you were pumping yesterday is 40% down from the point you were ramping it on other BBs.
Both leaving a lot of investors who took your 'tips' on massive losses.
And now you are getting to work on EQT ......Buyer beware! There are some parasites on AIM that feed on the losses of the unwary

Nicepair, Let's both just agree that we are telling the truth.
Yours is just on a longer timescale ;-)
Since Mike & Nick have taken over they have stabilised the finances, continued the sampling at Lolworth, sold the assets so we have funding for all of 2024 in the bank, ditched Hurricane, got the KondaP asset and started the drilling programme at Creswick...............Is there anything else operationally you believe they should have done additionally / done differently (and I know you won't just say 'find some gold' as that would be a really dick answer)?
OK Nicepair, So if I state the positive reported results and recent news then I am 'ramping'...even though it's current and relative to the performance of the company
In that case if you are lamenting the decisions of previous management (and your own previous investment choice) or harping back to old/historic results or the share performance over 3 years (and not mentioning we are 20% up over the last 3 months) repeatedly in a negative fashion to suite your agenda are you then 'deramping' .
Just wanted to check how to describe your posting accurately.
(I agree with the TI comment by the way ;-)
Nicepair. No, ramping is setting unrealistic expectations....I state facts and opinions based on those facts.
We've had about 9 sets of good results in RNSs from Lolworth on various resources including gold, lithium niobium and other REEs.....that is a fact.
The expected resource footprint for gold is expanding further that first thought as additional results and understanding of the resource structure develops ( as per RNS).
The footprint of Lolworth is over 900 square km.
There are areas of similar geological make up (to the areas producing the current good sampling results) that have not yet been tested, leading to expectations of further areas of interest (as per RNS).
REE sampling results are due soon.
Lolworth was described by the company as a potential world class resource (as per RNS)
All the above are facts...not baseless ramping , unless you would like to correct them.
When have I 'ramped' Lolworth?
So why dud you ask the question to which you had no interest in the answer and not just post your thoughts (made yourself look a little silly as well)?
I agree with you on the apparent scattergun historic drilling across other areas....wasn't a good plan.
Also good to see you totally agree with the new BOD strategy of concentrating on Crewick with drilling.
Let's see what ghr phase 1 results bring.
Nicepair, Because it's the rainy season in Queensland so everything pretty much comes to a standstill from the end of November to (if I recall correctly) around March April.
As this weeks RNS stated they already have plans for further sampling, trenching and drill target identified once the dry season is upon us again.
As the BOD previously stated they have reviewed the historic data at Creswick and have identified areas of interest with the first two being Dave Road (drilling programme complete, awaiting results) and Cuboid Hill (drilling to commence soon) , with 'at least 10' target areas identified.
I would expect the focus to be on Lolworth through the dry season , with Creswick being the focus every wet season.
Better some drilling action at identified targets in Creswick rather than sitting on their hands for 4 months waiting for the rain to stop in Queensland.
....h and with the recent raise and asset disposal we have the funds to cover the planned activities through 2024.
Mental, I think we need to see tangible progress towards a commercial resource rather than commercial grades from these initial Creswick drills.
We are only drilling down 100m..... a commercial find at those shallow depths would blow the door off...lol
For me , some decent grades in the majority of drills that demonstrate the vein structure is as anticipated would be a positive results from these initial drills.
I still believe that Lolworth will be the potential game changer this year and when we start the trenching and drilling there we will see the dial move significantly on the ECR SP. The results so far (and they are early stage) have been consistently excellent for gold and the REE results soon will hopefully continue the good progress on that front as well.
Until the drilling results we will continue to ho-hum in the 0.2s.
Have a good weekend all !!!
Sausage, I've been in ECR on and off for over a decade so twitter is definitely not my sole source of information.
Nor would I discount any research or links just because an individual posts it on any forum, including Twitter.
I would read the information, try to validate it and deem if it is credible/relevant.
The 'pump and dump' theory would have more relevance if the share price had actually gone up 5 fold in the last 3 months where your coalition of the Twitterati have been posting about ECR.
The vast majority of those posters have been relating the news....no wild '5p by valentines day' predictions, just sharing of the facts.
I also see that some have marked Doc as a 'red flag' as he has a history of making money in shares........and he has decided to take 90% of his salary in shares .... so would only make money if the SP increases (surely that would be a green flag?).
Anyway , I'm sure you're off to watch that Gene Hackman and Will Smith movie for the 100th time.
But would you refrain from investing in a share for the sole reason that there are 5 posters on twitter (one on the BOD and one an investor) reposting news on the share and ignore all your other other research?
...seems to be what you are suggesting.
Drizzy's arrived with his one liners.....time to sell.....I'm out .
GLA
Thanks Stas
IS there any evidence that there are actually shorters in COPL?
I can't see any?
Are there any shorters in COPL?
And you should never follow 'tips' for other companies. posted on BBs.......lol
Oh Mental , you cynic....lol
They have stated enough funds in place to cover G&A for the whole of 2024 which is re-assuring
Nick has also said that he is taking a very 'Sottish' approach (his words not mine) to the business and will be clamping down on consultancy or other fess/expenses.
At this point I will take his word that this will happen , until proven otherwise.
Some posters are keeping hold of the 'historic ECR' anchor and others are regarding the start of the Mike/Nick era as a fresh start and judging them on their actions.
unfortunately there are a large number of historic investors who are tied to the former.
Anyway, Creswick Drilling results and Lolworth sampling results will sway some form one to the other.....will be good to get some solid results to back up the statements (although I have to say Lolworth results so far are definitely backing up the company's faith in that license).
Correction
**Drilling campaign to commence at Cuboid Hill (Creswick) shortly
Funny that on another board you are complaining about the lack of twitter exposure(below) and on here we get complaints of too much:
"The directors here would want to make some money on their investment..crazy the lack of Comms..the Twitter feed is non existent and website dead.
Why not try attract shareholders and drum up some interest.. really poor."
And just because we have a twitter poster who is on your blacklist, does not mean that the company is not a good one to invest in. If you want to complin about twitter posters then twitter is the forum to do it.
ECR:
Drilling campaign completed at Davey Road - awaiting results
Drilling campaign to commence at Davey Road (Creswick ) shortly
Fully funded through 2024
Sampling results from Lolworth in the lab - results to come.
Further sampling programme, trenching and drilling programmes at Lolworth planned for 2024
Above are informed by RNS.
