Beuab11, im sure you are bright enough to know the buys/sells reported on LSE are not always accurate. I can vouch for the 50m displayed as a sell was definitely a buy.

Orcp is 95% down over 6yrs and MATD DOWN 70% in a year. Matd Director purchased $50k (pittance of the mktcap) and also took a paycut BUT ALSO did a placing for $4.3m (30% of MATD mcap) last month . No doubt the MATD director will be utilising the funds in a very profitable way. Wow, Lucy you are really lucky.

LucyRainbow, the director of MATD purchased 5m shares worth £50k, not alot if you compare 1.84bn in issue. You also state he took a pay cut, so why has MATD dropped 75% within a year. Seems like the director has recouped his his investment ans paycut from the placing last month, deceiving the shareholders. Id get out before he rinses the company to pittance. All imo.

Some over the last few weeks were adamant a placing at 0.11 and 0.10. Well, most genuine investors would have accepted a placing at 0.145p last week, so todays placing for a very large amount is not all doom and gloom.

Well thats true. I would have been more disappointed if we had done a placing at a much lower price (0.01) like some had suggested. Pushing the sp up over the last few trading days worked in our in our favour. £500k is lot of money and hopefully the next push up will not be to attract a placing.

Iv just emailed them myself, asking for a breakdown on where the placing monies are to be used, and arnt the NZ costs covered by RGL until the license is approved?

If they Rns what Naheed said in the Q&A about the 2 potential buyers , this would rise considerably.
