The lack of comms from the company is absolute disgrace. No meaningful update since Naheed last Q&A back in Aug 2025. The updates we have received have just been teeets on X and the Rns’s relating to NZ the information we were already privvy to.

We received one Quarterly update last year (Q2), well 2 if you include 2024 Q4. Now end of Jan and still no sign of 2025 Q4 update.

Traders or new investors would think we are a company with only one project…Gold!

Rgl can go up/down due to news from one of their other projects doesnt necessarily mean that orcp will go up/down, vice versa.

Both, Rgl and Orcp have other projects away from NZ so we cannot compare the valuation of both companies.

Drilling won’t stop. Our plan is to make Kalgoorlie as big as possible as soon as possible. Once MEGA start - that just the very beginning. Our plan is to start and just get bigger and bigger and to do that we need forward gold blocks pre-drilled. Telling timescales is insider info - so you will need to rely on news releases.

As at 30 June 2025, the Group had cash and cash equivalents of £557,986. They had a placing in August 2025 for £500,000. There yearly cash burn is approximately £260k so imo we’re long way off from a placing.

MEGA knows the potential hence buying shares in RGL. I can see them continue to huy bith RGL and ORCP shares in the openmarket.

What is the chances of the trading halt being extended?
