The manufacture contract is due to be awarded by Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) by the first quarter of 2023 to Navantia, as Prime Contractor, subject to successful completion of the Preferred Bidder process and approvals. The Company and BMT will be Sub-contractors respectively within the consortium.

The Company will now enter a period of negotiation to finalise the terms and scope of the specific works to be undertaken by the Company. Once the various contracts currently under negotiation are executed, a further announcement will be made detailing the specific economic and financial benefits of this programme to the Company.

Next few months will be exciting with a number of very positive RNS’s :-)

I believe the LTIP was carefully worded and crafted for easily achievable target of 37.5 pence in 2023, which has to be there by end of this September (90 days before end of calendar year).

I am very excited about the prospects of H&W in the coming months !!!!!

You only have to look at trading volume today approx 1.5 million shares and compare to mid November when 50 to 60 million trades, Folks are just waiting for the contract to be officially confirmed.

If you have shares at that 7.00am RNS moment, you will be lucky, because this will open after auction at 8.05am in the range 28 to 30p at a guess, if not more, and over the days that follow towards the 40p. this is not accounting for JR in May of IM project and all the contracts that will materialise when the initial MOD is signed. Ben Wallace, Rishi Sunak, top officials from the MOD have all said H&W is getting the contract, we know fully the 'preferred bidder' status.

All have to make their own decisions.
