This Subcontract will be a significant and historic step change to Harland and Wolff's capabilities and will make the Company an important participant in the international shipbuilding industry. Specifically, with modern shipyards and a proven track record post FSS, the Company will be able to capitalise on further multi-billion-pound fabrication and heavy engineering opportunities within the defence, renewables and commercial maritime markets globally.

Next few sessions will be interesting.

...saying expect detailed sub-contract in couple of weeks. So anytime soon. You can bet your bottom dollar that the churn of shares will explode from todays 1.5 million back to the 40-50 million !!!!

Secondly, a very subtle point that nobody has mentioned from JW's RNS was the 'inter alia'. I conclude from this that the next RNS could be a blockbuster which includes substantially more good news than just the FSS detail.

Two weeks ago the RNS was intraday.....................My guess is tomorrow.

the sub-contract between Navantia and the Company, which is expected to occur in the next couple of weeks. On the execution of the sub-contract, the Company will make an announcement setting out in further detail, inter-alia, the scope of works to be undertaken by the Company commencing immediately upon signing of the sub-contract and leading up to full scale production on FSS.

John Wood, Group Chief Executive Officer, Harland & Wolff comments: "The execution of the Manufacture Contract is the second major step towards kick-starting the FSS Programme, with the Preferred Bidder announcement in November as the first step. I look forward to finalising our negotiations on the sub-contract with Navantia and proceeding to formal signing."

On Team Resolute being awarded preferred status in November, SP jumped to 27p. This week we will witness the details of the subcontract for H&W and a huge rerate from the current 20p.
Ignore all the noise, a lot of folks would love to acquire your shares on the cheap. LTIP gives target of 37.5p for this year.
Please realise the gift currently on offer. I can hear the jingle already…………

My last post, two days prior to the MoD signature, talked of the very short term moving averages turning positive. I am pleased to say that the very long term, 100 over 200 day, will cross by Friday, providing these levels are maintained. The 100 has been below the 200 since the company raised new shares back in May 2021. The share price was over 40p at the time. This is not a guarantee of good things to come but as Churchill once said..."it is not the beginning of the end but it is the end of the beginning"
I hope it signifies the end of the hard slog as an infant in the very tough global world of heavy engineering and the start of the mature phase...fingers and moving averages crossed.

As soon as the RNS is released the MM's will take this immediately above 25p, without a single trade. Games being played.

The RNS is coming FACT. Just which day next week, this share will massively re-rate.

I am squirrelling away too, just done another top up !!!

Mega chilled with this investment. IMHO this WILL be above 37.5p before end of Sept without a doubt. LTIP will be hit and some.

It's just printing money for me at the moment.........................
