My last post, two days prior to the MoD signature, talked of the very short term moving averages turning positive. I am pleased to say that the very long term, 100 over 200 day, will cross by Friday, providing these levels are maintained. The 100 has been below the 200 since the company raised new shares back in May 2021. The share price was over 40p at the time. This is not a guarantee of good things to come but as Churchill once said..."it is not the beginning of the end but it is the end of the beginning"
I hope it signifies the end of the hard slog as an infant in the very tough global world of heavy engineering and the start of the mature phase...fingers and moving averages crossed.

I wouldn’t worry about dilution overly. More share will be forthcoming but only when a significant share price materialises, quite north of current SP.

My estimation:

2023 : 45p
2024 : 70p (IM sorted completely and further smaller contracts announced)
2025 : £1 plus

Just believe you have a very well balanced approach, whereas I tend to be overly optimistic at times :-)

Sometimes the hardest period to wait is right before you get what you have been waiting for.

I remember vaguely in April 2020 SP hovered around similar price to todays and then within a month it was in the mid 40s.

Before that in April 2018 was in low 20s and within 9 months had 7 bagged !!!

JW has done a magnificent job re-establishing the H&W brand and I believe great times are coming again for the company. We are at the cusp of a very successful decade ahead and we small investors are in at the beginning of the journey and will reap the rewards. Patience brings rewards.

I agree, do not fret, RNS yesterday explained next stages and we will receive another RNS in couple of weeks which will make the SP rise SIGNIFICANTLY :-)

Therefore, although fully laden, I have taken on another 50K shares this morning.

Appears to be a massive dichotomy between current mcap and value of work orders, especially when you think of how this sign off will encourage more work and then we have the JR in May outcome, which JW thinks is a formality :-)
