I must say I was quite surprised that RM was not in a position to release news of 1st patient dosed in P3 in Q4 2020, but then I was also wondering have a large Pharma been actively negotiating in the background from the USA. I wonder also that the home trial is probably in the closing stages now and the staff probably have a good understanding of the outcome from the completed patients already dosed. The USA will have a strong handle on the criticality of SNG001 and its therapeutic benefits at this juncture in the crisis.
I believe all the vaccine news is now out of the way and going forward Synairgen news will come thick and fast.

The most significant data to me personally is the sheer strength of the P2 data which Professor Holgate stated as 'best in class around the world for Covid 19 trials', on one of the lectures that some of us attended online. I think the probability of these results not being replicated to achieve statistical significance is now extremely low.

Let us hope the announcement of 1st P3 dose is this week, but potentially expedited announcement of home trial data and then EUA from FDA. From a commercial perspective, I think SP will be on a strong trajectory henceforth and we are in a wonderful position of strength.

Feeling very frustrated that the UK Gov are not appearing to support this very safe drug at this stage in the pandemic. You would think that our Gov would want to at least try it and see the outcome at this critical time with our NHS staff exhausted :-(
