Good post on times for ongoing trials.

I believe a very critical and clever comment is the following from RM from last RNS. Key for me is the use of the phrase strain agnostic. I think we have a golden ticket. Results are 'imminent', by that I mean 4 to 8 weeks for various outputs :-)

Afternoon on a quiet Friday afternoon: Just a quick reminder, not long to wait.

RM has stated a few times now that as of start of 2021 plan is to upscale and manufacture 100, 000 treatments per month via Akron et al, and these will be priced at £2000/treatment. I believe he has already committed to agreements with which guarantees production slots etc etc. Therefore if initial manufacture is now already rolling out in the factories at this level, and as he was using 30 million approx. for this purpose - I am guessing that between now and end of June, Synairgen will have at the very minimum 600, 000 treatments on the shelf (however we do know that last year he was getting some manufactured, without knowing volumes).
This means that without any other outlay, we will have sales of £1.2 billion immediately done IF all goes well in P3. This in itself values an mcap at ultimate ultimate bare minimum of £6 per share without any forecast multiples as per norm.
Whatever happens, we can be certain that huge scale up is already being set up and who knows 'what else' in the background...…..multiple JVs ????
On these very simple calculations alone, we should brace ourselves for a hugh uplift in SP, However, success rate @P3 stage for respiratory is considerably higher than most disease area i.e. oncology/CNS/CVhttps://blogs.sciencemag.org/pipeline/archives/2019/05/09/the-latest-on-drug-failure-and-approval-rates

Thanks Nolu - Unfortunately my heart is in SNG (stupid, I know) but love the science. I have been in TILS with 5% of my PF for over a year now and am going to keep riding those waves :-)

I have 5% already in TILS of my PF. Have kept for a year through the ups and downs. I agree they will deliver, but I just have my heart stupidly (maybe) focussed in SNG. Probably incorrectly but I think the science of Int beta 1a will be proven to be the elixir to early stage broad spectrum antivirals for years to come. Still a risk, but I feel de-risked somewhat already. You know the rest - UK Gov paying for ACTIV-2 ongoing P2 into 3, 610 P3 ongoing in 20 countries, and home trial P2 due end of Q1.

AS for NCYT (to save time I've copy and pasted from another guy, but I have same sentiments)

From recent CEO interview GM said :
“We are building the foundations for a significant diagnostics business by ensuring we deliver performance, create expectations that can be realised and not to ramp the business. I know many companies that may have a different philosophy to us but in my experience hype without substance will always end up in misery”.

“Can we improve communications? Yes, and we will do so in time but not without ensuring the business continues to deliver first”.

He was very bullish about what they are doing BUT the focus was clearly on continued DELIVERY. I made it clear that PR needs to improve and that shareholders were concerned. They have five sets of advisors working with them, but they must shout about success at least some of the time. He totally 100% got the message. He knows the market, he knows how to scale a business and as i say, they are delivering substance NOT talking about "what if's"

He further added: -

“Junior markets are sentiment led and despite fundamentals can react irrationally as we are seeing currently with the Share Price. IMO eventually sentiment will catch up with fundamentals. If they do not, then we can leverage these fundamentals in a different way to address the fickle nature of junior markets”.

So there you have it. I totally get the PR argument. Some companies put out as many updates as there are days in the week but ultimately it comes down to what is delivered by the business. Without any major contracts or acquisitions or new product roll outs they are currently on course for north of 173m EBITDA in this FY year and a cash pile for acquisitions of 278m - this is the reality. The stock is now ridiculously cheap and oversold. Read the broker notes, this is pure quality:-
