If a takeover does occur whether in the distant or far future can someone advise me what happens to my shareholding - is it just diluted and i get paid out from HL with a share price that will be based on the purchase price - or do we get an option to transfer our shares into the takeover company??

No news is good news.. Be patient news is coming this month! We will get the news we are looking for and see many multiples of the share price by the end of September!

I would like it to hover around the £5 at the weeks end.. We may have more than 1 rns but either way it is a long term hold.. Will not sell until 15 quid plus but if it cracks the US market this is hitting some serious numbers next year! Can we resist the urge to sell

Finally we are gettin close to my average! It has been a long wait however rather than selling I decided to add a £1.12 so pleased! Many positives to this company.. I was slated for the £50 prediction and I must say it was deserved. I have spent the last 4 5 weeks reading all the fundamentals rns share forums news edits YouTube videos basically everything I can find.. I am now at a stage where I don't need to ever need to worry even if this hits a 10er although I'm sure we would like Richken prediction of 20 quid plus to come true. If it did I can honestly say that is unreal money for me maybe not for some of the much more experienced investors but all the same. This is a share where dreams can become a reality. Waffle over. Just seen the video even more positive about this company.. Would love to see the clinical trials being successful.. This share will reach big heights. Thought I would sell at 5 quid last couple of weeks. But just managed to get a promotion at work which leaves me in good standing to hold till atleast the end of next year! Long term success!

guys i am in this at an average of £1.78 - yes im losing over 5 figures and the 1st number sadly isnt a 1 - but for everyone invested - have belief in a company you invest in otherwise just hit the casino - genuinely believe in this company and will not settle - i have read a few post on this forum over the last few days and I must say there is some solid information being provided by investors who have researched the fundamentals of the company and then invested - take a leaf out of there book. As for the shorters and the derampers FUK OFF - to all those invested - Avacta will come good!!

I believe a takeover bid will be tabled within the next 6 to 18 months which will boost the price significantly... The value of the company on releasing 4 products will enable it to achieve that mark quite easily... Tbh the test alone could create billions in revenue... Enabling a value of 12. 5 billion.

Guys i hope its before a few years i think 2 years is enuff for this bad boy to hit 50 quid plus

I did the same upwards of 6 million pounds! Its a dream one that could come true with avacta... Id b happy with 50 quid a share... Patience is key!

It most certainly is.. I have 10k shares which i am holding for many years to come! I am 29 years old and hope this well provide me a reasonable amount when it comes to retirement

There is a lot of chatter around the £3 mark, where are all the investors who are looking for the big haul - I for one will not be selling any until this hits £13+ - April 2021 guys - Cannot stress this enough - DONT SELL YOURSELF SHORT!!
