Hi Mcfirth , I agree completely with what you say. Sadly Neo doesn't seem to care less.

Also , Companies House doesn't seem to care either. I'm retired now but when my clients said they would file their own Confirmation Statement they would often do so late , if at all. Not once did Companies House take any action other than send reminders.

There is no penalty for late submission of a Completion Statement. So , if they can't be bothered to file Accounts on time I'm sure they won't be fretting over the Completion Statement either !

They are an insecure bunch on TG. When I queried someone's post I was kicked off and cannot now get back on.

Surely that valuation must be reflected somewhere in the company accounts so that they give a ' True and Fair View '.

I emailed Andy over the weekend and received a reply from him yesterday. He said his article was under a strict word count and he simply didn't have the room to discuss Mkango. He hopes to write another article in due course and would look to mention Mkango if he can.

Energyshares - yes it is . I have never worked with anyone and have rarely posted. When I have it has always been positive on Avacta. I have held their shares for over two years and their success will be life changing for me and many cancer sufferers.
I think you guys are so insecure that you see so called bashing where there is none. It is no wonder many people refrain from posting on LSE.

If they decide to go with DE 5 do they have to do this with P1A or can they move on to P1B with the higher dose. Apologies if this has been answered before.

We know the body has a low level of FAP , so if 6000 works we would expect a low level of side effects. This is exactly what we have been told patients get.
The logical conclusion is that where there are high levels of FAP we will get a high level reaction i.e. in the tumour.

You are right to look at sales rather than profit. Ed himself said last year that the industry value a company on roughly 7 times sales. We just don't what the sales are for sure .

Db , you clearly have a bee in your bonnet about this issue and cannot see the wood for the trees.
It is obvious that you are not going to understand basic accounting principles so I will try no further .
I am a chartered accountant with over 40 years experience as a director of my own company. I know how to run a business.

Db , I have held shares for years but rarely post. If I want any information , I talk to Lincoln. You should try it as he is very approachable , though won't give you any price sensitive information.
I stand by my point on shares v salary. You seem to have ignored the fact that if shares are issued then the company still has the cash in the bank. This increases the value of the company to the same extent as the shares dilute it . As long as the cash is then used to enhance value faster than would otherwise have been the case then I have no problem with it .
If you say they are not using that cash wisely then that's a different argument.

On the flip side , if the director had taken a salary this would have reduced the profit. Then the PE ratio is applied to a lower profit , giving a lower value to the company.
All in all , I don't think it matters whether he takes shares or money.

Ed has changed his timescale. It is now H1 2022 with an outside chance of March. We all know SEED and their timings , so I would expect IPO by May or June.
