You seem to be an experienced investor, just weird to see your first post here, not sure how many names you are using. You may have your fact but you don't need to call other people despair in this share. You could be "despair" in other stocks as well.

Institutions increased holding, they know far more than us, maybe dividend in the horizon? The price has kept dropping everyday since last week to allow then to load up.
