My wishful thinking is that the BOD are deliberately withholding some good news in the pipeline for the purpose of next round of fund raise, that explains why GC has increased his holding from 34% to 40% since the delisting.

Mine is showing as well with Halifax, although they messed up the booked cost, so I am 420% up (only if it were true). Next time we judge company's timeline, taking this delisting as an example (two weeks), we multiply 6 we will get the real schedule.

ROCKZ, did Hana told you via phone that Accustem news before last Christmas? It has been another 3 weeks now, we would be very lucky to hear it by end of this month then.

I saw someone mentioned the promotion of book here and had a quick look in twitter. A lot of us here were tricked to buy high for the free Accustem shares ending up with huge loss but not be able to trade yet one year after demerge, now we have TILA without any value 6 weeks after delisting. I smell something tricky, either GC wants to take the company private by cheap or there is something really big behind scene, I wish the latter.

I don't use twitter, I doubt they would response if someone does ask the question. What could they say? "Because of our incompetence, we have not handled the process well, sorry for the delay." But it is better than saying nothing!

Has anyone contacted the company asking where our new TLSA shares are? Sent a couple emails to them but have not received any reply (not surprise, they have never replied to me). It is annoying that they are promoting a book on their twitter but don't have courtesy to provide some information about the delay of distribution of new shares to UK shareholders.

On December 11th, Precision Bio will be giving an update of their CAR T portfolio at the ASH annual meeting. Remember, they have a license agreement signed with us for Foralumab to induce tolerance, and therefore clinical outcome, of their CAR T therapy. Hopefully we'll hear about a new clinical trial.
I think we're also expecting news with the last few weeks of this year about an IND submission for TZLS-501 lung disease treatment. Don't sell yet, good things to come!

Bluebelly, totally agree. GC and other BOD (especially KS)'s reputations are badly dented, guess we are not going to invested in any other companies they are involved, so incompetent management!

The Nasdaq trading for TLSA is deadly quiet, no after market and pre market since yesterday, only 1002 shares traded in the first half hour, those with TILS shares are not tradable as we have not received our new shares, so frustrated and it has been more than one month since delisting from LSE, which party shall we blame?

We have been in contact with the required agents who have informed us that we should receive the New shares on a statement in 2-3 weeks.

As Tiziana shares are listed on Nasdaq upon receipt of the shares we will transfer them to our Foreign Settlements Provider. Only when this transfer has been completed will the shares be credited to your account and you be able to trade them via our share dealing platform.

GC does care as he owns 34% of company, however he has chosen the wrong CEO to manage the company, KS may be good at science research, he has done terrible job as CEO who earns 600k salary.

Me too with Halifax. No idea when we will see the true value appear on account.

I remember someone mentioned the bonus of £10.29m was issued in shares, now it is worthy 25% of that, that is £2.50m

daveycaferacer, I remember you told us to be patient and be prepared for 10 years investment just like you did with HCM. Unfortunately we may have chosen the wrong company. I just wish the BOD could fulfil at least one of their so many promises and let those suffering shareholders be relieved one day in the near future.

No wonder Tlsa keeps drifting as no trial news until Q1 2022, I have been waiting since Oct as the BOD promised. Right, not a surprise and we are getting used to that.
