I did ask JM about the reason why the company has not released the news of export license, his reply was the same as someone else advised on the LSE forum, they can not yet export the gold so there is no matetial change as such. I do feel the company still need to inform the market as it is a positive step to move forward in the long term.

"A change of advisor would not necessarily be an announceable event. You’ll note that the retention of AlixPartners was only mentioned as part of a broader announcement on the board’s review of corporate options. That work continues as per our previous statements."
