George Frangeskides, Exec-Chair at Alba Mineral Resources, discusses grades at the Clogau Gold Mine. Watch the full video here.
I also would everyone to listen to this. It fills gaps. I think NH could have articulated some of this better in interviews. No matter, as long as its out there now onw way or another. GH be mad not to ratify.
I wouldn't agree the share has a bad 'reputation' as such
Lo spod price, poor market sentiment, ratification uncertainty is weighing SP
If ratification was issued tomorrow (it wont btw as they are not sitting yet), I put it to out there this would rerate. Though I I said that about the ML and look what that did :). just sit tight imo. GL
Truth be known friend not silly at all. As old as AIM itself. Jeremy Martin. Burnt PIs. SXX. I've forgotten his name. Went from SXX and straight into Gin. Peeps lost life savings on SXX. I lost 3k when that joker blew up. AIM mining. You just be careful, it's great then it isn't. GL
I have a bit of time today, its been rare of late
Would just like to add one more point. Never ever underestimate the influence of the US in all of this
They absolutely will not let this go Chinese. We are on the frontier of the critical metal battleground. China is all over KOD and the like. The US need secure supply, until such time as meaningful substation arrives, and Sodium doesn't do it imo other than mini short range EV. thats me done for today. good to talk. GLA
Agree. and FWIW I also place great stock that those who are a lot closer in on this than you or I, are buying
Notwithstanding, I think ongoing and polite interrogation and discussion on here is healthy, no one should be shot down for asking difficult questions, and they haven't.
I think NH tends to readily 'gloss over' what he doesn't want to talk about. Perhaps a skill in itself. KP similar in some regards. GL
Without being too grim N2S, the situation we find ourselves in is not really a viable business model.
What troubles me is NH seems to completely skim over these obvious risks, he portrays it like a formality
I'm afraid it isn't . we are not stupid. I refer to HZM yet again because good people lost good money, all was well, then it wasn't..
I hold but not adding. GL
40p is too low for me, but I totally understand where 5toamillion is coming from
I don't think anyone categorically knows how this ends. Everything was great with HZM, till it wasn't.
How the spod price plays out is merely another prism we are looking through in our crystal ball
Wouldn't disagree with anything you said. 2 sides to the debate.
Its good and confident that they're buying, but that doesn't a make a ratify.
I find out position peculiar, we've rejected an offer some 50% north of where the SP is, Directors buying. Both big positives.
Against that, some of the comments emanating from the NDC, the judiciary, are more circumspect - along the lines of 'slow it down, take time, revisit it'. If they do this I think it will be a travesty for Ghana, and we tank and appeal/ renegotiate - - long grass time. I think its a great deal for them.
In summary many positives remain here, but there are risks as well.. its difficult to balance.
Ratification is becoming more like the new ML every day
We need a date for this vote
without that we just drift and I think the jurisdiction sufferers reputational damage
I'm unclear why we're employing managers for 'operation readiness', in light of above, a bit 'previous', what are they doing?
The precipitous fall in spod .... much debate about if and when it hit the bottom
One thing for sure , when it hits the cost curve. then that is the bottom, as producers just stop
A complicated picture out there. Lepidolite further complicates.
Whilst I remain guarded about ratification, it is positive to see the purchases
There are glimmers of positive in the wider market imo, but its not clear cut and varying narratives abound
The opposition appear to have 'quietened' of late, I sense some US embassy influence in that regard, but only opinion no hard proof. Personably I'd keep it sensible here. thewse purchases are fubnded by high renemeration funded by youGL
Just drifting down yet again giving back all those recent gains
sad to see
I think it was Bankrupt has said hes reduced his position here, one couldn't argue for anyone doing that presently
difficult decision for many what to do. Personally I'm not topping up anymore until I see some clouds part - spot price / market outlook, ratification, 2 central factors, plus renumeration I said my bit. Good luck all whatever you choose
Totally agree, Mr Junipor recognises that investment has no borders, it will settle where it sees the best and safest return
Th Ghanian opposing benches should take careful note
If they don't play straight, they may end up with years to 'repent at leisure' ... and the prised resource will stay firmly where its always been
