Conservative numbers, however someone said on here that thats how it is with PFS DFS s because you have to look at almost worst case scenarios.
A kind of 'under report over deliver' environment not the other way round; funders want diligence and scrutiny that they're not being led up an 'overly rosy' path
I suppose its one mechanism of preventing mines that shouldn't get built getting built
Anyhow, all appears on course for us (and PLL), I know we harp on about repeat points, buts its that lo capex opex that see us right, do our numbers 'stack', yes they do.
I do know where ur coming from, and I wouldn't mind knowing how much it costs
However, collectively lets give it a chance ... I believe (Core ?) used it 'accreditively' if thats a word
If it locates some new Pegmatites it get my vote .. lets see
Despite my frustration with MIIF, I think the course of events will play out as yourself and a couple of posters have outlined. A couple of more risks taken out before Sov fund goes in. The road to that happening though appears increasingly clear and direct, the language increasingly defined and unambiguous. I also sense there's some reasonably good natured albeit 'robust' negotiations continuing with ALL e.g ALL is being 'encouraged' to list on Ghana exchange in the future. Much at stake for all parties, once this thing gets producing, lot of cash flowing, I think there will be divis, they want to be well positioned for that.
And I don't know if BO made much or not, and maybe thats just how they like it :
You're never gonna stop 2 'mates' chatting on a golf course, in Texas if I recall, just ahead ahead of when someone suitably 'disconnected' can do 'the deed', be it that short position, or swoop in once ALL fell 40%.
Murky, Amorphous. Opaque. Unproven. Untouchable. We swim with sharks. AIM. In fairness most on here know the risks imo, and we choose to play. Otherwise go and buy Royal Dutch Shell and get your 4%.
I also ponder, why did they all jump up?
I think the answer lies in well trodden path of sentiment, and lightly researched fickle 'buying/selling on flavour/ rumour of the week'. Fundamentals far too difficult and boring to research for many.
To create the 'rise', you needed the fall ...take just one example, amongst many. The now infamous (to me) current Li Chinese spot graph. Read that in isolation and Li has clearly gone to hell in a hardcart. Dig even superficially deeper and realise that Chinese spot carries little volume compare to contract, and contract price is in rude health, actually rising. Amplify with a few bearish notes from the graduate on the investment bank 'Li expert' desk , and you average rainbow chaser is scared off. PS Li units included in Chinese spot also include low grade ESG inadmissible rubbish.
Then the micro for ALL; average Jo reads 'classic corruption' from BO and thinks , 'blimey, Africa. I'm off'. BO and mates may well have made have made a fortune recently. the power to write that on headed paper and move the price, that is power indeed. Should we be in the 40/ 50s s? ... of course we bl**dy should, nothing changed ! AH saw it. NH knows it. Good Sunday all.
Martin K Ayisi, CEO Minerals Commission. He is the Man :)
to answer your other question, npv $1.3bn using conservative pricing.
If you insert current Li pricing and turn the handle npv will blow your head off and u'll need to sit down.
PS fond memories of HZM for me, massive soft spot for HZM and nickel, departed in profit there and ploughed it into .. here! and I'm fully loaded here. Had to make a difficult choice to exit HZM, if I recall it was such a large capex needed. I lost touch with it but hope their going great guns. U can't be in big in em all , so my colours are nailed to ALL now. atb
and BB completely silent !
Its a funny share this one.
Suppose its all been said ... let the resource do the talking. whilst we await abundant news
PS Love that mining commission fella, the way he talks 'I want to tell you this, I'm really telling you, let me say this, 'sweetest project' .. passionate. Hes a character, don't get me wrong , very astute and knowledgeable. I'd have a few beers with him great guy. Stay tuned in that quarter ... GLA :)
Good to hear the feedback.
On a final positive note, I'm so wedded to the quality of the resource that I don't think MIIF, and even PLL will change the overall narrative, which ends up with a massive NPV.
Its whose still around to collect that eventual NPV; I'm convinced MIIF know what there and want to be involved in the spoils. To reiterate though, they missed an unbelievable entry when it was low 20s... they stated there interest when it was around 50.
Morning,
I have to say that I posted I though a MIIF / ML announcement was imminent because a fair bit of chatter/ 'inferences'
Gone a bit quite again as this week wanes, and looks I was wrong, which I take on the chin
Would just add, am I alone in thinking MIIF should either make a move, $$, or leave us alone for a while. They've been in consideration a long time, the SP fell to 20 odd , a huge entry opp for them, which they still haven't taken ...
I'm a huge ALL supporter, but still try to remain objective when I feel I need to be. gl
I've also run those numbers. Build the mine. ASAP.
One other reflection, there's so much money at stake, did anyone really think someone like Mr Herbert even needs or would even consider getting all 'Arthur Daily', risking it all over some grubby few quid that he clearly doesn't need. It's easier to play a straight bat, go through all the ML hoops, then just get cracking, legit.
Once this thing rolls, there's gonna be plenty for all, including the Nation state.
One other point, 2% drilled, not 25, not 75, 2%. Reflect on that, as Len goes casting the net for sub surface Pegmatites using the latest tech. KP speculated on 70mT, is it me alone thinking that could prove very very conservative.
I just devoured the pod. If u look at the sweet spot price they refer to, our narrative here doesn't change vis a vis our capex opex is solid as hard rock (sic). Excellent returns await here. Build the mine.
On a separate note, personally I'm convinced that the pawn that is Ewoyaa will not be allowed to go Chinese, I believe connertations there go to Fed level. Research and observe regular prevalence of US ambassador in Ghana.
Finally, our friend the mining commissioner is popping up everywhere, that's a man who is chomping at the bit to say something , announce something..
And finally finally. Amanda. Very much making her mark. Theres an evolving force there, starting with 4mill shares. Good Easter all.
