Davie, you did say "They have already been drilling for about 4 years on a supposed near surface gold field...." which isn't true for the gold as they have only drilled for the gold under Sula since 2015 as Mattwales points out. They did regional trenching etc beforehand which isn't 'drilling'. Anyway, all semantics aside, Golden Leo held the license in 2003 and 2010 and did some exploration work in this area before Sula and before that Wilson and Marmo produced gold assay results on some trenching in this area in 1958... So you could argue that it's taken 59 years and counting to explore for gold here! What's a few more years for a global gold resource between friends eh?!

Valid. If anyone is in doubt about that, recommend calling RM or emailing him on this point. He's very clear about this and the reason for the disposal of some shares by the driller last month.

Correct, they're drilled at an inclination (about 80 degrees or so, can't remember exactly) from vertical. 10 TECT targets, 2 proven to hold gold (Sanama Hill and TZ4), rest being determined for viability through geological survey/trenching for future scout drilling campaigns.

Hahaha I can imagine that sour look! Could be a tricky one to negotiate, but just need to get those results in and the Jorc later this year and SP should be bolstered.. Looks like some are seeing this as a good investment point given the trades today an now SULA's funded for 'a good while more' :)

Hello mate, well thought through and very true. Gold is pushing higher (but needs to break out from the 1296 range first before it's in a proper up trend) and iron ore has been in a nice upward channel since June. Suspect RM is waiting for iron ore to recover to 700+ before selling the DSO which is 'only' 55mt out of the 514mt ore proven up in ferensola. Both of these metals will drive interest in this project in 2018. Hope you're well mate and GL

That would be nice! However Target exploration Jorc's are more aspirational so are usually bigger than the actual resource once it's proven up. I think we're expecting something on the lower end of that range. Subject to the remaining 11 cores. The market cap is also based off the Iron Ore Jorc that they own.

Hello Jasper007, It depends on lots of aspects... On the size of the resource, on the price of gold at the time and loads of other stuff like the prospects for the remaining resource, dilution for further exploration, whether there will be enough to make a mine economic etc etc But usually, yes, the mkt cap increases as they have an asset which is worth something... Target jorc in place was for 0.8-1.5m oz, but as resources get proven up, the size usually decreases. No idea what is in Sanama Hill currently. Next 11 drills and then the analysis will tell.

Hello NgeeNgee. After the next results are in, then it's analysis of the 8 tect targets on which the geo surveys were done, and then for Sanama Hill, the aim is to get a maiden JORC by the end of this year. I don't think there's a plan for moving to production until all or a number of the targets are exhausted by exploration to get to an economical resource. There will definitely be further dilution later this year/early next year to continue exploring unless the strategic partnership route is taken..
