Standard AGM stuff so no prospectus and I suspect the AGM will be used as a tool to unlock the dilution we all know is coming

Compliance and Admins wise they've really upped their game.

I listened to Jason's recent interview on YouTube from a month back, this effectively laid out the roadmap for their plan, we have seen the funding as he discussed for prospectus and getting the local issues sorted rev gov.

He then mentions leading the heap leeches, I'm guessing we will see the prospectus quite soon good or bad and the heap leeches will be loaded over the next 2-3 months

Yep it hopefully sets a base but if you read further down it states in the event of a dilution they have the right to convert lower .

The reality is dilution will more then likely happen , CLNs are also very problematic once they convert and they start selling .

Still we will see, this was dead in the water so any return is hopefully a step up from this

Like with anything GCAT, guessing is pointless and the only thing you can do is monitor companies house etc for updates , personally I would be amazed if we were back trading by the end of August at the earliest ..I suspect come October we will be asking the same questions

As always we always need to take timelines and steps with a pinch of salt but there appears to be a plan.

Yep, it's certainly not going to be pretty for existing share holders like myself . Still at least we have some chance to maybe get something back which is better then where we were 3 months back
