I'm thinking by the end of the year, before relisting I would like tos we the following so we come back with some positives.

1) Interim and full year for 2024

2) Confirmed funding phase 1 & phase 2 complete

3 Prospectus (so we know how many shares are out there)

4) updated mining plan with information on the upgrade timescales.

5) new directors on the board announced.

A few nice interviews to get us back in the public eye with information on how they have addressed previous failings .

We won't be mining until late q1/q2 2025 IMO but it's the longer term plan that counts

Just realised, it's 3 new directors coming in to sit on the board, previously I thought it was two.

As part of this agreement, the directors of Tyacks have agreed to resign from the board, allowing the Company to appoint three new directors to oversee future developments. Furthermore, the Company will be responsible for the ongoing management of Tyacks.

This is great to have additional oversight, especially from the Cynergy and wonder if there is another

I'm happy with that RNS , it's showing progress and we are ticking off the boxes to get to phase 2

Not only do we get the license but as per the terms of the finance , we get two directors from Cynergy sitting on the board to advise.

We cannot wait for you to sell either , will be good for everyone including yourself.

Gold has breached $2700, spiking up to $2714 .

Let's see if it holds which is great for future prospects and validation for funding

It's not irrelevant to the funders at Cynergy whom will be basing their investment.on POG today and over the next few years.

Only us PIs thinking short term, yes we would all love them to be mining but let's get the funding and back to market, I reckon end of year or early Jan as a finger in the air

Personally , I wouldn't even entertain him or respond back. Nothing more a troll hates then getting no attention .

This is showing confirmation and good governance, nothing more nothing less and communicating more with share holders .

I certainly won't complain if you have the chairman being more positive then we've heard in 1-2 years , proof is in the pudding and they are confirming the funds are there.

I also hope they also confirm the Tanzania license when it's paid up fully , it boost confidence for when we get back to the market

That's a very positive RNS and a nice way to start a rainy Monday morning, I think the most I've heard in the last year or so. I'm still crossing everything until the Cynergy funding is sorted as we were in a similar situation in November 22.

Gold is in a widely different place price wise , but the ship looks like it's slowly starting to turn .

If they pull this off, those with holdings trapped in could end up in a good place depending on buying in price

Fully agreed, we've been through hard times so maybe 2025 is the year we were all believed we would see in 22/23.

Either way, agreed there is no need to vile comments by some due to someone being positive on their investments

That is odd that it doesn't include that RNS on this site but has the others before and after the 2023 accounts were published

This isn't a spanner, this was mentioned in the last RNS along with the new auditor , this is official process and governance.

The Auditor who isn't being retained has to resign, the new one is officially announced and no doubt already working on the interims and FY24

Glad to see the back of PKF, they've been awful for us and other companies, we certainly had our own issues but they certainly made it more painful.

This is just a formal announcement so the new Auditors can officially take over, look forward to receiving interims and FY24 audit. We know they will be dire but the governance is the most important thing to get us moving and back to the market .

The going concerns will be solved if the funding is in place

I've factored in roughly 750 million shares in my dilution with all my calculations and what we have offered .

Taking it to roughly 3 billion in my estimations .

Anyway, let's get back to the market and then we can work it all out , if they deliver what they said they will i.e. Tanz license , 500k from Cynergy followed by half year results And audit and £5 million there will be new interest when we relist.

We all know half year and 2024 audit results will be awful, the point is they have them out and it shows improved governance .

Also, if they have the 5 funding the ongoing concerns section may be less harsh .

I wait with baited breath on the first two, that will be the key to unlocking everything

At this stage, I think ranting and venting don't get you anywhere apart from more stressed .

We are suspended BUT there is light hopefully at the end of the tunnel, if we get the tanz license confirmed, 500k from Cynergy , interims , full audit and $5 million by the end of the year this will make us credible again.

A lot of "Ifs" I know but the first time in a year or so where I'm feeling confident this could turn .

We can then hopefully get back to talking about upgrade process and AISC and profit
