I think sadly many were led down the garden path by RM, hindsight is easy I think and looking back it is now clear how many lies RM has told , this was effectively started in the early days with very convincing presentations, twitter feeds and other propaganda, some of which is now in play in another share .

I have a lot in here which I have now written off, if it comes back then I can get some of my money back. Reality is it probably won't and I'vr accepted that .

This is the problem with this end of the market, CEOs etc lie and the FCA doesn't really do much against it.

This is what is making London markets so unattractive .

Anyway , best of luck everyone and hope everyone manages to get something back but also don't bank on it .

Hopefully not a speeding ticket RNS which used to regularly appear after large rises back in the day .

Would be nice to see EUA recover to where it was pre war but unlikely given the political situation

Not many changes in the last 5 days but been a few things changing slowly over the last few weeks.

Agreed, AW comes across as very professional.

I simply have to sit here patiently and let the man do his job, as was mentioned no pumping and very under the radar it appears .

Not too many shares in circulation which will rewards holders at the right time

Why is everyone arguing over nothing, value your time and don't spend it in little spats here.

Nothing will change until there is an RNS of some type, we can then debate the state of the company which we all sort of know at the moment

I appreciate your optimism JC as always, as a fellow long time Investor it's been nice to see some positivity.

For me the RNS was pretty much the final straw, I cannot remember the last positive RNS we received , it's just problem after problem and always something breaking or someone else's fault.

My main question is where has all that money gone they borrowed over the last few months? For me simply getting back on the market is the only goal I have at the moment , everything else is a bonus at this stage. There will have to be a mighty set of RNS / news to keep me holding .

I've lost what little respect I had left for Robbie, he's clearly been economical with the truth leading up to the suspension which kept many of us holding and also told quite a few mis truths along the journey

Are the funders still there, nobody knows now .

Ultimately if I have lost the considerable amount in here, I'm ultimately to blame as the signs were there.

I also wonder where the chairman has gone .

This statement is a little more positive

The timeline on the audit and recommencement of trading is driving the timeline on the expansion funding.

Bit of dark humour which hopefully won't come true.

Wouldn't it be ironic if the auditor taking longer to complete the audit led to the company collapsing and funding not being received .

On a serious note, I hope this has been clearly pointed out as based on this RNS, their delays appears to be placing a level of jeopardy.

My other question is where has the chairman been in all of this?

Fingers crossed it is holding up completion rather then the funder walking away, I guess time will tell.

I'm not going to worry about it too much as there is zero I can do either way

What is frustrating about this is this has all been done at the expense of GCAT with no come back for the funders or auditors

Probably a wise decision in hindsight, the questions I have are quite simple

1. Caracal have raised several large quantities over the last 6 months - What has this been used for?

2. With the price of Gold in addition where has the money gone?

3. Is the finder still there or not? The statement states it's impact the ability to get funding which is essential.

Despite having a large amount invested, this is a binary 1/0 , either if comes back to the market or doesn't IMO.

If / when the auditors sign off can it produce without receiving the funding ?

Not the most positive of RNS but it's better to have a truthful statement, the question is do we still have the funder at the table?

· The delay in completing the Company's audit for the period ending June 2023 (as announced 9 May 2024) has affected the Company's ability to complete the financing for the Kilimapesa expansion project.

Very clear where the issues are with the RNS, the fact they now have the independent review complete or submitted (3rd May) means there cannot be much more left.

We aren't far now from requiring the next annual report (I wonder if they just get them to knock that also ) and get it in early

I can guess there is an angry statement about Robbie, GCAT going bankrupt and some insults aimed at people calling out crazy behaviour .

Fully agreed, the sat images tell a story for those who can be bothered to check (and no it's not Google maps ) and also doesn't cost you anything

Think you missed the point of my post, I was actually saying tweets are a waste of time as people stop taking notice if there are too many.

And I agree, RNS are the only things people should pay attention too in an official capaxity

The problem with tweets is people stop reading them or paying any notice if they are too frequent .

Another share I'm in the CEO tweets several times a day, sometimes it has negative impact especially when dates/timelines are alluded to and not met.

Tweets for tweetsake are not good, I would prefer only on news or a worthwhile activity

Mistake there, it's a presentation to share holders which is even better
