Very odd, I checked out companies house for Caracal plc and holdings as I had no notifications.

On one will really know what they are up too until we get an update

Agreed, he's screwed investors twice with placing a over the last 3 years, I suspect again we will get drill results , some hype and then a placing

Gold is in a great place, something that I'm sure won't be lost on JB and also the large German stakeholders.

I'm hoping we see it listed again this side of Xmas, as with anything Caracal you never really know until it happens

No, this happens once a year. They will probably hype up a JV or drilling results being imminent, get the share price up and then announce a raise . This has happened twice .

Agreed, is long term holders have been here for a while .

We know about the old problems and debts , new management team and name/ticker will hopefully lay some of the ghost of the past to rest.

Let's see what the plan is and fingers crossed for all the LTHs we finally get to recoup something

Good to see the AGM results and everything pass, another box ticked and onwards with getting us back on the market and the plans for the future

Agreed, things are looking a lot more positive,just need some meat on the bones and a solid plan for Kili with the expansion, Vim Rutha and ML licence in Tanzania.

Gold price is in our favour and hopefully they come back in the next couple of months to the market.

Get the Heap leaches loaded in Kili to show we are producing even at a low scale it shows confidence

What I would ask is how is what plan / value does he bring for shareholde communication? His background doesn't appear to be as an experienced finance individual working for funds/ stimulus in the city but I may be wrong

I'm not sure how but I recognise his name , was he involved in GCAT as one of the earlier shareholders when they first listed?

Appears to be showing they are serious about coming back, I'm hoping once the AGM is held they can get on with unlocking the prospectus and getting out the plan prior to relisting

Fully agreed, I'm not sure what he has actually done apart from put his name to a few RNS and financials, all of which have been a disaster.

Apparently he has good contacts , I voted for only because I want the company back on the market which gives me options
