I think your target price of £3 is achievable in the short to medium term. In the longer term, I believe that the share price could reach £7-£8. NTC as you are aware Rolls-Royce was privatized in 1987. Since then, the median EPS has been negative. That means that half of the years since privatization, the company has had negative earnings per share. The highest EPS was in 2018, when it was £0.96. The lowest EPS was in 2020, when it was -£1.58.

If the EPS can get back to just say £0.50/£0.75, then maybe we are looking at £8 on the longer time horizon. That would also technically coincide with the Fib 61.8 on the charts, for those who read the tea leaves. ;-)
