If his post at 8:55 had a shred of credibility then the Swedish Government would not have conferred the Award, an Exploitation Concession to Mine at Kallak to the Company, the first mining concession given in over twelve years. If Ibjj had ever read the Mining Strategy Document he would know that the Authorities are very careful and particular about the eligibility of the Applicant.

Pocko...Nothing careless or casual about it...it's an issue and Ulla is tackling it. Would he prefer that issues were concealed for the sake of investor perceptions, which inevitable have to be a casualty sometimes, or open transparent honesty? What was Ibjj's daily mantra again...can't say no won't say yes. Would that mantra spoken daily have influenced investor perceptions? Would Pocko's daily rant influence investor perceptions? Pocko asserts that stuff posted on this bb has no influence on investors, if that's true, firstly why do it and secondly why accuse positive investors of being deluded rampers? We don't know do we but whether or not the poster has any skin in the game is surely material? We don't know that either, do we. The least we can expect from our fellow posters/investors/traders surely is honesty.

Nobody could ever say they weren't involved during the long process of the Application....they had every chance to engage with it and state their case...and the company responded, changing one of the proposed transport routes to avoid a grazing area.

Yes, Eric...the MI wasn't obstructive they recommended our Application twice...they gave a lot of extended time to the Sami but that's all for the good at the point we're at now.

The head person at CAB was replaced when the Greens left the government and there's a different party in charge now, a party that championed this application and criticised the government for its procrastination in making a decision.

PS I'm sure Ulla understands very well that her words have consequences...how does that balance with never getting any updates? We should have the updates good and bad surely? It was action and it's not always smooth path, is it?

There's plenty more...The OECD has been making recommendations about the economic decline of Northern Sweden for decades and there's the International Political situation about security of supply in Europe for critical minerals.

Thinking a bit more...what should an investor do in the circumstances, what is Pocko going to do if he hasn't done it already? Two choices really as usual.

That may or may not be the case...we've had plenty cause to suspect it over the last nine years but BEM has spent a great deal of money in Sweden to date in pursuit of this Licence and Sweden is risking any future attempts from other explorers by hampering us any further. And then again...why should they? All parties except the Greens support mining and the environment can be restored when the mine is finished...land restoration is far advanced these days from what it was in the past. A mine would be very beneficial to the province and the Inlandsbanan Authority has welcomed BEM as a future customer and not just us there must be other businesses that would benefit from an improved infrastructure. And there's that proposed new mining permits legislation from the EU for Green businesses, 2 years minimum. Just thinking around it a bit ..on the positive side for a bit of balance.

It is of course not what we want to hear.. I'm just trying to balance it a bit because we don't know the answer yet to the question of what the Government is going to do about it...and there are plenty of other 'actors' involved.

1. The Inlandsbanan is an alternative route.
2. We've already established on this board that within four years includes this year: 23/24/25/26+three weeks.
3. She's on to it...and highlighting the situation.
