The 14 years mine life comment used by the CAB comes from the Copenhagen Study, and refers to the amount of ore currently proved up at Kallak North. Was the Copenhagen Study in the original application, no, it was not. Therefore, the original application is not closed... which means it remains open. I don't know what the results of the Scoping Study will be, neither do you.

That is absurd...".the scoping study will not be admissible"...the application process has has run amok, whatever facts can be put on the table will have to be considered. The current 5 March date will include whatever can be included...any evidence is evidence and the 14 years comment is already in the ring.
