Eric...He also confirmed what you suspected that the Vardar 100% wasn't fully completed but it would be, just admin stuff. And they obviously can't do with 4 million what they could have done with 8 million....but he was upbeat about getting investment...we did speculate a while back that the fundraise was a bit optimistic in the circumstances of the Appeal result being an unknown. What is a bit odd is that you just replied to a post I hadn't yet posted.
Morning Eric. I thought he said the cash would be used primarily for the two 2 core projects. And spending less on Vardar by bringing the management in house. If they are spending a little bit it must be because they expect to get something out of it. Have to listen to it again, actually I thought it was good, what Pocko might call a straight bat.
"We need more mines to reduce Sweden's and the EU's dependence on raw materials from third countries. A secure and sustainable supply of minerals and metals is necessary to enable green social construction, strengthen competitiveness and electrify Sweden. This proposal is a cornerstone in the government's work to streamline and make permit processes more predictable," says Energy and Industry Minister Ebba Busch .
New regulations concerning applications in Natura 2000 areas but that doesn't apply to us because we're not in one.

Here it is:
"The Company understands that the Court will consider the Government's submission alongside that of the applicant and is expected to reach a decision during the first half of 2024. Further updates will be provided as appropriate."
Hi Wots...We got a big boost at the end of January when the Government gave their response to the Court, which was a ringing endorsement of the decision made by the previous Government when they said Yes to this mine. It was short lived however because of the recent fund raise being imminent and so seemingly desperate. But of course we are desperate and who wouldn't be after waiting eleven years for the go ahead. Let's hope that leap up to the heady hights of 2.5p was coming events casting their shadow before.
3 months Wots, where are you counting from? The Appeal began early December 2022 after two extensions taking up six months which makes it 2 years on the 22nd of last month month since the Government granted the Company's Application to Mine. And that's eleven years on 25th of this month since the Application was sent to the Government....I remember the photograph of Jan Ole Larssen posting it. We thought it would take about 1 year which is what it says in the Mining Strategy Document. Anyway, no point crying over spilt milk...were still subject to that decision but Dmytro Siergieiev has got some cash now to get on with it... of course pending the result.
Sorry I didn't reply yesterday, had a party to go to..it was just a comment supposing the 100% ownership was already settled. So now we've scraped together a bit of cash were just waiting again for that Court decision...which no doubt will affect our ability to get more investment...and hoping the BODs are getting on with it.
Eric. Don't think the licences have been renewed yet at Vardar, last time it took ages if I remember correctly; it's a very good thing we've now got a Kosovan on the Board. Glad that fundraising's over and we can look forward to some exciting stuff.
Afty Eric, Troaj ...I'm away this week so can't do much blogging but the RNS is good, copper's very nice and going on with our exploring. And I've had some internet problems so don't think I'm sulking See you next week, have a nice weekend. XX
Yes, you helped a lot, Eric, thanks for taking the trouble and Interactive Investor were very helpful on the phone. The reason I was panicking a bit is that I'm away next week and I hate doing things by phone, my other half's doing the Lands End Trial. Sigh! Lol.
