Well, to be absolutely honest, I probably do know...I've been a bit rough sometimes in disagreeing with people, its just my nature, I don't realise just how confrontational I am sometimes, I was brought up to say what I think. Takes all sorts to make a world doesn't it?
ibjj...i never said i was deliriously happy about it, i said i could hack it for the next four months (ish). i've been called plenty on here, not entirely sure why; so be my guest...slander, libel, words you never heard in the bible....there's always the ***** of babylon i suppose. lol.
..beggars would ride is what my Grandmother used to say. I can look at the stars any time time, no fee...there they are! ✨✨ When I plant something I don't wish it would grow I take some trouble to give it the conditions it needs. Why do you go fishing, why are you interested in the Mariana Trench, why do you post on this bb?
Eric...How can January seem such a long time ago? Just been reading about the birth of a baby supernova...looking at the stars sort of puts everything in perspective. "Eleven days after the explosion, the shock had traveled out to 96 AU and was catching up with stellar wind released a decade before the star exploded."

Toph...In theory this Appeal business has got nothing to do with us, it's the business of the Court and the Government. Andy has informed us that the procedure is being investigated not the government's decision, were there any irregularities in it, all nine years of it. Andy lives in Norway and he's closer to the ground then we are in the UK, so to speak.
The request we recently heard about should read 'for' not from...the request from The Nature Conservation Agency. Not sure where I got it from, that it was for the SSNC, but it doesn't really matter who it was from, does it. And so the Saga continues winding about in it's surreal sort of way. The thing that keeps us in, of course, is the treasure, the Iron. 😊
Morniing Toph...The answer is we don't know. We've recently learned that the Appeal is expected to be concluded by the first half of 2024, which is a pretty big window. An appeal according to the Book is supposed to be lodged within three months of the Decision the Appellant is appealing against. In this case the Sami were allowed extensions until early December 22, 9 months. That was all we knew. Then recently we learn that The Government has been given an extension to submit a response (presumably to a request for some information) which was early January and they asked for an extension and were given to 23 February but they replied on 15 February. The extension we recently heard about from The Nature Conservation Agency (I believe) we know nothing about. I would guess that all 'Actors' have been asked for a response to some questions. Hope that helps.
