I keep having a look on here now and again and nothing, no chat nothing ,

I look on other boards and endless chat about poorly performing companies.

I feel this is a young company of the highest calibre, Floated in May 2022 at 50p. Today 115 p. I got in big time at 70p after being told of this companies niche and quality products, customers and the reputation of the management and their experience at the top end of this tech field.

Anyway thought I’d find my passwords etc and post a comment because this company is flying with its market cap still low. Do your own research as they say , take a look maybe

Exactly that, this is what I was eluding to earlier today, Deltic have done brilliantly getting to this point , getting Shell on board couldn’t be better, not just for this prospect but the next one in the pipeline as well plus raising money to gain further licenses to keep a prospect pipeline going. Now it’s down to Shell who are the exploration and operations experts. When they are good to go they will let Deltic know and Deltic will pass it on to us. In many ways I feel my investment is as much in shell as Deltic at this point in this prospect. Deltic I imagine could not pass seismic data on to the markets, Shell own 70% and its Shells drill operation and that data will be company sensitive to Shell.
I have every confidence in Shell to deliver what they have said, something they have been doing for decades. All we can do I’d watch and wait because She’ll don’t rush RNS out to the market to keep another companies small investors happy

At this point I see my investment being as much in shell as Deltic, everything is signed off ready to proceed and it will be shell that takes the decisions from here and that gives me every confidence, they are one of the misted respected companies in the world and it’s over to them now.

It’s the 7th of Nov today and we are getting impatient ? The Pensacola field is said to have the potential to be the biggest gas find in the North Sea for many years, As we are aware this is Shell that are drilling and Shell that own 70% of the drill.
We the investors in Deltic of course would like to see action today so our investment increases in value, so are saying that Deltic are moving to slowly! If this project was solely owned by a small aim company it might be nervous. When She’ll say and they have announced it that they are drilling Pensacola then I have no doubt that is what they will do. They will be working to get everything lined up in their professional way and won’t be rushed to make small investors happy. When they have all preparations good to go I expect they will get on and proceed. My view is it’s happening when everything is lined up and I don’t doubt Shell because there is no great reason to. Deltic I expect are wanting to make announcements but it is Shells drill and they are the experts.

Noel: you didn’t get the memo, Your constant negativity gets a bit much.
All could be forgiven if you are a Stoke City supporter I say. We know your not a serious investor.

Wall Street opening later on might effect ?

I dumped my holding at £5.40 this morning after the news broke ( not on here mind ) I had it in mind to buy back at 4.50 but it never got that far, I was thinking it was £4.50 before potential bid news broke, we have had some poor market conditions in the last month and perhaps it would get there.
This company I feel is one of the uks best small tech companies, imo it gets the golden 3 out of 3 , unlike Darktrace and various others.
1. Gets a lot of new business/ customers
2. Retains them
3. New customers are profitable from the outset.

Does sound genius does it but many young business don’t manage all 3.

As the RNS says the runway is very clear , long and in front of them.
Missed 468, 480 now, I’m going to sit and watch just now .

I am a serious investor and invested here among others, now and again I have a look at message boards to just see if there is any news that as been thrown up, I tend to keep away from this one and never want to contribute because you are here with your obsessive behaviour, you seem to none stop ***** about everybody else, You are none stop negative and must be waiting in the wings every day ready to puke up over others comments, We I’m sure have understood your points and you really don’t have to be obsessed none stop with repeating yourself, You are probably keep many others off here that don’t want tangling up with you, Give it a rest please

I am a shareholder here and bought more yesterday, We all are aware of the rig update from a few weeks ago, It’s happening the rig is on its way: meaning being serviced, new parts etc.
There isn’t a great lot to say until we know when the rig will start to move and get on site, But when that happens the share price will start to move so for me it’s a case of just waiting because it looks like they are getting their acts together now , Good luck

I haven’t posted here before but keep reading the board whilst checking news or rns: I have a decent shareholding here.
I am very pleased with the events of the last couple of days: If our first drill next month is successful then there would have been no need for the raise, but if not immediately successful a raise would have been quite difficult for the second program 12 months or more from now,
Go big and go early is the right thing most of the time and definitely here. It’s been painless and handled very well, swift without fuss, at a decent price and oversubscribed with management and board members eager to invest their own money:

I might have approx 60,000 I can buy at the 3.5 p and I will do if my broker makes that easy but I was happy to buy 500,000 more today at 3.66p. Drilling in the coming weeks. I am impressed with the company and its clear and decisive vision. What’s not to like. Good luck

Im a shareholder here and it’s going to be tough in the morning: Dow closed over 1200 points Dow, I expect the Nikkei will suffer heavy losses tonight setting up the London market for a big fall tomorrow: The companies value is very low so surely it cannot drop to much more, or will it ? The RNS didn’t come out until late this afternoon so more focus on the company tomorrow: some positive aspects to consider, could see a bounce or seeing suppliers cannot get insured for the time they supply stock to joules to getting paid could be a serve problem: I like the management shake up, a year to late ?

9 Billion was the figure in June, Income is down, interest rates are up and rising , This bad debt will be rising by the week, more than the companies total market cap in a couple of months.

What I have said below is spot on and it you cannot see it then you have a problem, it is selling for under 10 p now ?
This is a public board and yes I’m not spending my life on here, just had a look today after noticing the collapse and was alarmed at people encouraging others to buy at 12p because it is fairly clear this company is in a mess.
Read The Tomes today…. That’s my opinion it is clearly stating small shareholders are about to get wiped out.

I agree StanleyPro, anyone investing now is playing with fire, Rights issue any day now at 3p is my gut feeling.
All that debt: I wouldn’t like to be part of the group that sanctioned that. It will be carnage any day now and 10p available now will soon look like a missed opportunity to get out.

This company is finished, Beware the rampers, when the rights issue is announced the carnage will begin.
When the RNS is spelling it out take notice, when The Times newspaper is warning shareholders they are going to be wiped out, take notice.
150 million company value and Billions of debt take notice, it’s on the floor with endless bad news to come.

Be careful trying to catch this falling knife or beware of the rampers hoping to improve the share price for themselves.
£9 billion of debt. being sued for billions that they cannot pay, Rising interest rates on the bad debt combined with lower than expected income.
The RNS is a red warning. Paving the way for a massive rights issue to stay afloat a bit longer.
It is technically bankrupt but for the lenders not wanting to pull the plug and accept their losses.
New shares issued could be doubled the amount issued right now, the company only as a market value of £150 million.
The Times today is reporting that small shareholders will be wiped out.

If I had these I would take 10p now and run a mile.

A week last Sunday, The Mail On Sunday reported that the process of finding a preferred buyer was coming to an head.
It was said it could be announced as early as last Friday, or in the very near future. I’m waiting, if there were not any serious potential buyers there would be no process and we would have known this by now.
I am expecting news in the coming days, 130p was the estimate .
There is next to no anticipation on this board, so why is that ? Constant RSN reports monitoring share sales .

Just a little patience required with this share price, This share price was £11 in the last 6 months with speculation engineering giant Bosch who already own 18% of the company are considering a bid to buy the whole company.
