I have very recently invested here, I had be invested in the past , I had noticed this for some months at these very low levels , I did intend to buy but the Times article said what I had researched etc so I’m in . 80p less than three months ago now and good reasons why it won Be there again soon .
Have a great weekend
Hi all
I enjoy all your great contributions ( most of them anyway ). When can we expect the outcome of this JR ? Is there a date set ?
Have a great weekend all, I’m well invested here, IM would be fantastic but it’s the core business that invested for and excited about , Good luck all.
I have held shares here a few times over the years and have always been disappointed. I bought again recently at 90p after the news broke about the Apollo bid and don’t know what to think now.
125 - 130p would be a 100% premium over the undisturbed price of a couple of weeks ago.
What I cannot help wondering is this: Is it in MM interest to squeeze as much out of Apollo as we would like to see ?
If MM intends working with Apollo to delist in London and float in New York which he has hinted at in the recent past, and he is not selling his shares and would retain his percentage of the company, then his value and that of his % owning friends would be in the Wall Street listing price and not the price us shareholders get to cash in ? Indeed us lot getting £2 plus might make the deal less appealing to the people and the ends MM might be working with. There will be a lot I don’t know but this is the question I ask myself.
I’ve sold out today.
The Times newspaper today has reported the directors of the company have warned that liquidity is such a concern and depends on matters outside of the direct control of the company that being able to continue as a going concern is a real possibility.
Financial analysts are saying the same and that a large cash raise could be the companies only option to keep going regardless of what the company is saying just now.
The new massive contract needs massive funds upfront to start the work which could be the companies biggest problem.
Good look all but I’m out and have heeded the warnings.
I am a dairy Cow Nutritionist with experience of this product and this company. I didn’t know it was listing until the day last week.
I along with a small group were presented to a couple of years back , we were so impressed by the company, it’s sustainable approach to harvesting the product and the clear benefits of the product.
The product acts as a rumen buffer keeping the ph stable and enabling the high yielding dairy cow to digest its food or nutrients more efficiently promoting higher productivity. Healthy rumen ( gut health ) promotes healthy animals which leads to better fertility and longevity. Milk processors are now insisting on dairy cows being fed in a way that customers would approve of, farmers are onboard and the world is consuming more meat.
I bought 40,000 shares and imo it’s the right product at the right time.
Google the benefits from methane emissions to animal health. It’s a great product.
I have invested here over many years, if the news is good and it should be given all the trial work and first class results on those trials to date then this share could be leading some of the share price increase tables very soon , fingers crossed ??
I agree with you,
The company have done all they set out to do at this point. From gaining the license to partnering with shell to finding a major gas reserve, partnering with shell again for the selene exportation and we wait to discover if they will be awarded new licenses in the near future.
The company have communicated options to monetise their 30% ownership of the successful gas find at Pensacola. It is everything the shareholders and company wanted. The share price is the irritation. The company are doing a meet the investor session Thursday next week , we need to be patient to see how the company will monetise this, I have confidence they will do this well in the same way they have done what they stated to date.
I’ve no doubt I’m not the only one perplexed about this valuation:
Let’s just imagine for a moment if H&W decided to end their business activities and sell its assets and property.
The Devon site was bought for 7 million nearly 3 years ago, The sites in Scotland and N Irland plus Island M I would estimate the value at 20million plus.
This adds up to the current market valuation. No value for a great growing business, a going concern with a billion pounds of orders on its books, a company that is a main player in a government ship building contract and a company in advanced negotiations on other new contracts: Seems strange to me why this sp isn’t nearer 30p than 15p ?
What I can see is in tough times on the markets the markets are not paying for potential or exciting futures the market wants to see work done, profits made ! In saying that 15p is just the break up property value of H&M. Great press coverage, The defence minister at the yard giving a massive vote of confidence hasn’t made any difference, very strange in my book
Great headlines and very good piece in 5he Mail online this evening ( entered 5.44pm ) after the close today. Most probably in the actual paper tomorrow.
Discussing increasing revenues, contract wins, reorganised finance. A decent long main piece. Also making the point that the share price as increased 70% since just November last year. A very positive piece.
Have a look : Daily Mail Online. Business section. M Money.
I’m very pleased with the RNS this morning, Really good update and clarification on present and near term outlook.
This is what we wanted to hear, I hold 300,000 shares with confidence for the long term.
I bought in the latter part of last year and feel sure this will be the stock of 2023.
We need institutional buyers to get this price where it should be, very pleased with this this morning

Yes it wouldn’t take much for this share price to double from here is what I meant. Well funded now , specialist company transitioning away from covid with results ahead of where the company was before covid. Products approved and used in the NHS. I can see people are upset at recent events but a great time to buy in is my view ( ( that’s what I’ve done )

I don’t I’m sorry, read it in the paper that my wife bought. It was in the comments section talking about the new contracts worth ten million to be completed in 12-18 months.
I’m trading grain and bulk animal feeds every day and love a market, well on board with H&W.
Smokey: ha ha I hope our share price is sustained as well. I live in the south east now but are you the same sort of Smokey as I am? SCFC
I bought a lot of shares here this week. 6 p 6 months ago , 10p a year ago. The placing at 0.3p seemed crazy when the share price was 2p, This obviously as peed everybody off . website news disappointed yesterday! Still this company is moving away from the covid spike in sales, doing good business and competing for good business, it would take much to double the share price from here and more.
Hi all,
I’m well invested here, I have a look through the comments most days !
What I do expect to see soon is a broker comment: Liberum were employed by H&W just 6/7 weeks ago as joint corporate broker. I would have thought that they will soon issue an advisory note to their clients regards the companies forecast value and hence share price for the end of this year and beyond. I feel this must happen soon and might be the action required to start moving this share price.
Jakeyork:
I do agree, I’m a rare poster and have a look around the boards once a week or so, I do agree that most of it isn’t worth reading , I have bought quite big here and just ponded why nobody ever posts from one week to the next ha ha, but very pleased to be in here
