Without being overly familiar with the dupax project and latest timelines on it (forgive me, my focus is largely on La India for obvious reasons), what're the latest expectations in terms of revenue and timeframes if DB's hints are to be believed?

ANYhoo, great news yesterday. The plant making it's way ahead of schedule only serves to compress the timeframes even more which - being a DB newbie.seems to align with his M.O., whcih is great.

In response to Jammin, of course i would never bury my displeasure with the deal. It was a stinker for CNR-ers when many of us were anticipating an exit (I personally would have followed the project. If Calibre was the purchaser it's highly likely.i would have just moved my funds there as well - as the project's economics are unreal).

Now excuse me - your user name's just served as a reminder that I've not listened to Bob for far too long. Given that I'm on the riviera, I can't think of a better poolside soundtrack!

This isn't a mickey mouse project. It's actual cold hard cash in the ground and DB'S finally had the gumption to pull the stuff up.

JB I honestly don't understand any disinterest with the ship. It's a very tangible part of the project timeline..

Reading between the lines and having spent some time looking into this tonight.

Broker appointment massively signals increasing investor interest against the increased mcap and is effectively a step to expand research coverage, improve capital market exposure - this is usually done I'm advance / in the face of management being aware of serious upcoming catalysts ahead - most likely concerning la india news or further exploration news in phillies..OR a significant financing event.

DB’s comments suggest that basically they’re gearing up for the next phase and want stronger engagement for institutional investors where possible, as well as PIs.

Have revised the figures as well and theres zero doubts on the 1.3bn NPV value. Hes going to be unlocking some serious value - and sooner than we thing, IMV.

Go DB. I continue to be impressed.

DB does seem to massively pro PIs, frankly. I like Mark and Jim a lot (despite the abrupt end to our journey with them), but DB deffo seems like more a "man of the people".

When he says he sees a $bn company on the near horizon, I genuinely believe him. He's an Aussie as well, afterall. They're used to being destroyed for chatting nonsense or being overzealous when they're making a point. Also, many of his comments on the panel were overseen by legal in real-time.

Project continues to be a massively successful case study in the making. I am massively confident that we're on the right side of the timeline, with a team and cash in place that have significantly derisked us.

I'm content to wait for the pour and let the PnL speak for itself. As I said before, you only need to use napkin maths and accept any geopolitical risks to see that current NPV is roughly 1.3bn at least.

This whole stint was profit taking - which is fine. 100% in not many weeks is huge progress, but still nowhere near where we should be from an NPV perspective, even pre pour.

Yea i find knowing the whereabouts of our tooling pretty bloody useful to be honest, JB.

It's literally going to turn us into a cash generating monster - personally I hope it arrives safely on the other side so we can see the next leg up concerning rerate!

Sakura - might have been more prudent to hold on to your position for a while longer.

Everyone needs a degree of liquidity, but can't imagine it'll feel good watching this sail the 20p mark when you sold up some of your stake.

I believe i'd regret even a modest topslice at these levels.
