under a cloud simply due to a pro longed short position, plain and simple...the market is not as sophiticated as some make out and sentiment changes inna nano second, Once the short fully closes out, it hasn't yet then they turn buyers and jobs a good un as the rally in the sp will suit all parties. News pipeline looks set to start again following on from yesterdays rns and holding a short position against a more relentless news flow period may be a challenge and /or the parties concerned simply see that a move to going long is the way forward as the gap up back to mid 2p+ is looking attractive from these levels ;-)

just a scalp trader 'group' playing on low volumes imo, any voume increasea nd it pushes the parameters up, and hey presto a rising sp ;-) the clues are all there ;-)

copyrights are infringed globally every day, however, when challenged that's where it becomes as it says on the tin.

CPX clearly has the large entities such as AVX & Murata working with them alongside the current copyright regs, it would be a reasonable view that if there were any weakness in it they would have stopped some time ago, business is always reviewing and improving, cost cutting etc.

A couple of smaller operators chancing it hoping to go unnoticed/unchallenged can be expected in the lifetime of any copyright, and although irritating and annoying, ultimately the infringement costs the chancer a lot more in the short/mid term than had they played by the rules ;-)

and misleading news story took the sp down on a 'panic' day as the news story, intially printed two years ago incorrectly, was rehashed quickly on afternoon for some reason and once again suggested that SYM produced ox plastic as opposed to the actual OXO BIO degradable solution. The issue was cleared up a year or so ago and the sp rose on the potential ahead and the actual science that is head and shoulders above any other solution.
Commercially viable , environmentally sound easy for manufacturers to apply, cost effective, does not disrupt the supply or producing of products and can be used to an international standard globally. It also prevents the huge deluge of plastic waste in our seas and lands, The huge potential is the same, and sentiment changes in a nano second, as we know, and it appears the last few trading sessions someone is accumulating some stock 'under the radar' with those moves discussed yesterday ;-)

Sing bit of a pain on a number of stocks at present, when they are on the ask typically sp falls away or is restricted in moving (clealry depending on their position) however, they stepped as aside last week at CPX and it gained +10% or so they are now back in play as they are here and sp falls away, and the majority of steering trades are the usual blocks rolled in and out . They've had a large short position at SML for months we understand and are slowly edging out of that one,

not plastic use per se....the after use/disposal aspects is what governments/manufacturers/suppliers should be focused on as plastic use is not stopping, there is no alternative in 99% of situations to plastic, as we know

go for it Oxo, governments onlyact on what they percieve as public support etc and clealry SYM tech d2p gives everyone a win win situation, goverments win public backing for supporting the most sensible and radical move (d2p) to remove the damage plastic waste causes,manufacturers as it is a simple add in to current processes, suppliers as they are seen to promote/supply only oxo bio degradable products that the customer now demand and the environment is protected....win win win and SYM have the tech now ;-)

Hi Oxo, the plastic tax that appears to be looming is 'potentially' encouraging if backed up by further government moves to support oxo bio degradable use. Anyone who has researched will fully understand the unique tech that SYM have that alters the polymers (see post below) and hence oxo bio degrade etc and therefore is 10000 times better for the environment ansd us all than the current status quo or small scale 'pr' to reduce only a small fraction of single use plastic..
Tax if used correctly can be a good steer however it can also be a lazy way for Government to tick a box if not backed up with significant and substantial other moves. Clearly there is no scientific or logical reason that a British government should not support a British company that has designed, ahead of it's time, the most significant single solution to the major plastic debate. It will require a slight move for watse management business in Europe, well that is demanded now anyway we cant just keep burying or exporting/dumping it elswhere. The plastic manufacturers and ultimately sellers of any products would win HUGE brownie points and support from the public. Imagine if Tesco said all its plastic will be D2P from 2019 as it's suppliers only have to add the tech at initial production, no change to their current operation, and the consumers would demand equally of the others.
In addition the millions of items not generally even considered by many that have or are dependant on plastic of some sort also require change,this problem has very much been focused on bags/bottles, it is way way beyond those items alone.
Latex gloves SYM have just started producing, absolutely no reason latex should no be d2p, no one uses them more than once, and hospital use the first contract shoud roll out globally, that alone is massive and it does not take much imagination to look at any plastic item and see the potential. Govermnets are lazy, look for simple answers witha quick headline. To make real change they often need to be embarrased into acting as the public demand, and the global public are demanding a solution and we HAVE one .
SYM do indeed need to get the public awareness out there and get that audience, the science is proven and in any area of science or political opinion there is always a rogue voice however, when there is no commercially viable and equally environmental alternative offered, and there is not one, then the best answer the world has to start dealing with this issue, that must be solved, is the solution SYM have right now.
