6p significant figure ?3 Sep 2018 11:46
posted on 18 th MAY.... 'the bod's investment Tracarta vehicle has taken 7% of the company in a tax effecient manner to presumably make a handsome profit. They secured their holding at far higher sp than todays and clealy if interpreted correctly see value here. The majority of the last 6p place takers are still underwater and therefore a serious return of value required here to satisfy previous place holders, add value to the Bod's investment (tracarta) and appease sh's (they need us to keep some level of sp)....so although we are lacking details in many areas (sales etc) the mechanics of this suggest a move to the positive side at some point soon as clearly there has to be a value for world class stuff produced here..''
we know Tracarta have 7% of the business on current holding, and at an average far higher than current sp, from memory around 3.5 to 4p , Larry has options that came into play this month at 6p.....maybe just maybe these figures provide some clues on the current knowns ;-)

Thanks Joehigashi, it's nice to see the sp making positives moves after a lenghty time falling below last placing price of 6p, a figure that does appear sinificant imo, and as detailed above most of the last placees are underwater having taken stock at 6p, as sp fell away before they could flip, and Larry's options co incidently (?)
came into play end of August at , yup 6p, so he need sp to be above 6p to profit as do the remaining placees, so it all points to an sp push above 6p at some time, how far above depends on many factors, however, figures of 9p+ have been muted and we have previously been closer to 14p, whatever, it looks like a re rate is on the cards to nore realistic levels and 6p+ is certainly a key figure imp
