I would suggest a decision made by a judge is a court decision, simple, and if a party dipped out before a judgement, either court or jury it is typically because the decision is cearly likely to be in favour of the prosecuting side.......

as stated balance sheet being well managed and de grossing fleet etc so all looks set for a great turn around going forward :-)

with the transformation of CPX to producer from r&d and the growing supercapacitor market along with who knows how many more licences/royalties going forward in addition to the current court IP infringements, the new product launches etc it would be a tough call to place a target sp for 'settling' from here imo....it's going to be a living breathing changing dynamic business with a global customer base....we've been to 16p+ when in not so strong a position so we begin a new with the news flow expected and no doubt some not (maybe other licensees ? etc) it should be an interesting and hopefully exciting time to be a cpx shareholder, particularly at current prices......

I think the court case with Ioxus was real news, I think the Maxwell case is real news, I think the production line isntalled is real news, I think 3v priz is real news...I think the key is to be in position before the news flow hits :-)

the upside is clear from here on a number of fronts, the new production line shortly to ramp up, the increased demand for supercapacitors, the new products the court award for IP, the expected new licences and Maxwell/Tesla in same court for same infringement

when it's all certain and money in the bank it will be a past event, investors take shares on the potential ahead before events happen ;-)
