XS Power looking over their shouldrs now, Maxwell /Tesla in the same court now...with an mcap of just £17m and an sp closer to 15p previously it would appear we have a a great deal of porential from here. As always there will be buying and selling on any journey down or up as in any share, that's kinda the nature of the stock market. For those that can see a distinct increase in mcap going forward as per Gideons post earlier combined with the huge potential of either a deal (out or in court) with Maxwell /Tesla there will be opportunity for for most on each stage of development....the current mcap/sp is reflecting the covid lockdown and pre production line producing in coming weeks, a perfect opportunity to secure at cheaper prices before court settlements/deals and production starts...does it get better from here ? On a risk V reward basis I believe a lot better hence my additional purchases last week on top of an already established holding...once in a while the market provides opportunity, being ahead of the rns was was a bonus the next few weeks and months should add substantial value on what we know so far, it's there in black and white :-)
my previous post from yesterday below...
Iouxus having transferred to XS power and XS knowing the situation re IP etc should provide some interesting discussion within bods and lawyers over nextweek or two, CPX have them in their sights and a court award to boot of $5mill, not one to ignore lightly and as we know Maxwell were offered the opportunity to licence through CPX but ignored the patent blatently and refused. A few years on those patent infringment have been proved in court and damages awarded, setting the precedent with a smaller fish (iouxus) and now in same court, same patents, same infringment we have Maxwell /Tesla ...often in these situations agreements are set away from court, however, if Tesla want a court case and damages awarded I'm sure CPX will be equally happy as there are years of royalty and compensation owed....CPX patent has been knowingly infinged and clearly the same court takes a dim view of such behaviour as shown by the sum awarded this week....a lot more to come it seems :-)
