Would make sense for Fosun/Hainan to take KODUK on the cheap....or just take KOD out...I am sure Fosun/hainan would not mind the gold...The issue is price/timing...

Why wouldn't Hainan/Fosun shaft Kodal. China, after all, has been historically shafted, and big western companies are known to shaft the smaller ...it referred to as `survival of the fittest' ;`the efficient mechanism'; Rationality, efficiency etc.

Lets keep focused, a lot in the USA see a green future. As do the rest of the world, and clearly China...my power tools are battery driven, as are my headlamps, portable lights, torches...it is battery technology...musks cars, storage units rely on this tech. Solgold was the darling some 5-10 years ago. Now it seems they have backers, and a large resource. SP seems crazy cheap...Have I missed something or is it just sovereign risk?

Debt can be restructured/renegotiated...seems to me wg is worth a punt...I like their reach, their order book, their `know how'/human capital...in for the next two/three years with a small investment

Their technology seems efficacious, the scientific networks wide...all seems good. They need big orders, and reduce the cost of tests...can they commercialise, or if not will they be a takeover target. Keeping an eye here...

We were in the low 0.3's. ...now we seem to be at low 0.4's/high 0.3's. still seems someone at other end of the sells...i really dont think £8m or so is s great deal of money for someone wanting to take sc holding. I wonder if the percentage holding rule necessitating bid is holding hainan back. They, nor Fosun are short of money.
