Instead of constantly complaining about the Share Price, may I suggest doing some serious research, because hopefully, you will then be able to see the massive opportunities that GGP presents to all investors. We cannot estimate the definitive outcome as there are so many permutations of what can get better!

I think the worst case scenario would be to sell Havieron, and yet this would make all of us quite a lot wealthier than we are today. In the best case, IMO, we mine Havieron owning 30% or 100% and possibly Telfer too. Longer term we strike a couple more beautiful deposits on our 100% owned tenements and a couple more on the JV!s,

Nothing to lose and for me, the SP is a gift at the moment to soak up a few more golden tickets.

Maybe we will get an update soon. Bamps thinks it will just be deep into the SE crescent. No rockets due on this news, but we are definitely on the launch pad fuelling up, and every update expands and consolidates the resource.

The current share price is disappointing but also of little consequence, unless you are selling or buying! Medium to long term We are pretty much guaranteed a winner whatever happens , barring some godforsaken disaster. If it sinks much lower I expect many of us will feel compelled to top up again.

From our recent news we have had lots to be exciting about. Our JV with Rio Tinto is a spectacular deal, and a big surprise to me. The deal with F lynn Gold is great to have a confirmed source of future income. ASX listing on the horizon. We also have rigs spinning at Scallywag - Pearl and probably Swan, both good targets. All in addition to our jewel in the crown at Havieron, that gets closer to the ore body every day. Shaun is super stoked, and so he should be. To have secured the funding and wiped out a huge amount of vulnerability, in record time and kept our 5% is absolutely key to all that can and indeed will evolve from here.

Should our JV partner rush to sell their 70%, I seem to remember that GGp will have a right to purchase at fair market value, so there would be no bidding wars for Havieron 70%. Only if GGP did not want to purchase would others be able to bid.

Telfer could be a separate issue, but cannot see anyone wanting Telfer without Hav.

Agree James, I think it all changed with the 5% we hung on to. The funds from Newcrest, had they purchased the 5% were earmarked for paying off loan and exploration. Goalposts have moved considerably since then, and I reckon Ernest Giles will wait for free cashflow or a further JV.

Would love to see some rigs there eventually, but there is no infrastructure and it will be pricey.

No one can accuse our BOD of sitting on their hands! As we approach the DFS , DTM and top of the ore body at our ever expanding Havieron, Shaun reckons there are couple more Havs (even more like Hav) on our new JV with Rio Tinto, of which we are the managers and should commence drilling this year.

Farm-In Agreement means an agreement be tween the owner of a mining tenement and another person where the other person earns a right to acquire an interest in a mining tenement following the expenditure of an amount on fut ure exploration and development of the mining tenement, that is specified in the agreement.

I’m also sitting on a loss and am topping up at anything under 7p, yes, we may go lower, but longer term I believe this share will be phenomenal. Greatland most likely transitioning from explorer to mid-cap miner. It’s a bumpy road but never boring. For me, I would prefer GGP release news when they see fit. What would be the point of an MRE right now, with so many unknowns, the SP would probably just give the mms more fodder? I would like solid news, once we know our direction…. oh and maybe a nice bonus from Pearl!

Should our joint venture partner decide not to sell or mine, Greatland have the option to purchase the 70% of Havieron at fair market value. If Newmont decided to mothball Telfer, a) it would cost them dearly and make no sense, and b, GGP would construct a new plant.

I don’t believe this is a likely scenario. My guess is that either we will purchase the lot with royalties, or they buy us out.
