Even from a gamblers point of view .

The court case ruling will make or break this share , I can't fully understand the implications of the ruling.

However based on a 50/50 favorable outcome ,an a possble re rate of £2 or much more .that's 4/1 on a even money chance .

What are the worrys of the up coming court case , I can't find the reason , clearly it's not a forgone conclusion but I can't find out why.
