15 billion conservative!!? Come on, be serious!!
It would be an absolute miracle
You have to love this company....if indeed it is a company and not just a clever scam by AZ to extract money from confused investors! I still can’t work out if it’s real
Pathetic turnout for a pathetic bunch of Guardian reading XR muppets :)
And what lazy journalism from the Guardian as usual on these matters..makes it sound as though we sued because we couldn’t drill...no mention of the money spent
And the Samba band were late....typical, same as the Italians ??
I love the fact that my earlier post was removed because of a very mild word or two about XR and yet they can block roads and damage property with almost no reaction from the media and others...it’s a strange world

Old stock market adage...”sell in May and go away....and come back after St Ledger day”
Basically avoid the summer months, low volume and price swings
“Not long until St Leger Day. MMs know it“
True...although selling in May wouldn’t exactly have worked here :)
.....and yet here we are years later
The arbitration thing is never going to happen. Too many powerful vested interests....the can will be kicked down the road by the lawyers and technocrats who are paid handsomely to not make decisions.
What a stupid post, why not 2p
I do have some concerns that the UK and other countries Governments will only license drugs from Big Pharma. I am in SNG and SAR and losing a bit of confidence that either will be able to make much more headway without a deal with a major player who have access to Government
I thought it was original, most people seem to think we will be receiving a very large cheque soon :)
The Italians will never pay, the OM circus is a side show and money making exercise for lawyers, it will still be an open case in 5 years time I suspect
Well this is depressing
Oh the joys of investing
Targa
I agree, I’m not expecting anything from these useless technocrats for months or more likely years, at which point those Italian crooks will find a loophole to delay it for years more....the technocrats and lawyers have a vested interest in keeping this charade running as long as possible.
Add the climate change fanatics to the mix and anyone thinking this will ever result in a payment to a small former oil company is smoking dope imho
Toilet, free food and drink, Wi-Fi. “
The good news is you don’t have to be a HNWI or a member of the HSBC Jade club to use the toilets or WiFi at HKG or indeed most airports these days ??

Don’t be too hard on yourself, it happens!
Part of the answer is to decide if you are a trader or a long term holder and only allocate a certain amount of capital
On very risky bets (I believe SYME is) or, better to say, high risk-high reward potential I risk an amount I am willing to lose completely and don’t place stop losses as they will eat you alive on AIM or on volatile stocks like SYME even if they’re on the main board
It makes sleeping at night a lot easier
I pretty much ignore SYME ups and downs, this is the riskiest share I own....it’s either going to be worth a lot more or zero at the moment we’re in the phoney war. I think it is worth a small bit of capital allocated but not too much as it’s far too risky imho
Kevin
You do realise it was a joke, it’s called irony. Perhaps you’re American as they never seem to get it either
I don’t know why everyone is concerned about the SP. We are invested in a diagnostic testing company with significant production capacity...just imagine what the SP could be if there was ever a pandemic which required mass testing, we’d make an absolute fortune ??
Out of interest Fudds, what do you think is the risk for your children or grandchildren? I’m pretty sure their future is bright regardless of climate change whereas the future of many millions of kids and adults around the world is bleak thanks to climate change obsessed extremists who seek to prevent the necessary modernisation of countries like India and leave them trapped in poverty as the developed world stops the clock on progress
The world needs to increase the pace of development rapidly during this century and then we can ALL afford to move to the new technologies that will progressively reduce emissions, trying to do it now is simply pulling up the drawbridge and leaving those outside the castle walls doomed
Greta and her misguided disciples don’t understand the bigger picture and are very, very dangerous
