…Seemed to calm markets today.
Most people need educating on the subject, especially the BBC. And Drax need to continue to be squeaky clean to generate trust to get this to where it belongs - in double digit ££.
For some of the lazy gits who refuse to look it up themselves…

Who is Michael Taylor and how does he know there is no cash?
Lots of promise here. Need to start converting to cash flow which will see this low mkt cap rise rapidly.
…that when one nut job starts posting another couple of them shuffle in immediately to back them up - like attack of the undead. We’ll done Skippy etc for fighting them off but no wonder most of the decent posters don’t use LSE anymore. The undead have scared them away.
Ant - Well done - you’ve found a couple of doctors tweets that are not supportive of vaccines. How about the hundreds of thousands that are?
Now let’s hope for some grown up chat today…
Glad to see some sensible posts this morning from gff, Oxford, Matml and Invest. I was worried the Board had been completely taken over by loons either deliberately ignoring the very clear information in the RNS or too dumb to understand it. Either way, they need to be ignored/put in the green bin. People like bigjonny who claims to have made tons of money from this share should be ashamed of himself for peddling the same BS.
Welsh/Mike - completely agree. Have just tweeted him to say that surely these results would be obvious after 4,000 patients leaving >10,000 to be diverted to other trials. Not that any of my 2 followers will read it - I’m just fed up of Landry and Horby’s attitude and obvious pleasure in all this waste and useless discoveries.
Hi Dee,
I’m just catching up on the t/o offer details having been focussed elsewhere recently, and agree it looks low.
I’ve noted the email address below - can I just ask what your plans are?
I assume we only get a chance to vote when we get a corporate actions notification after they have made the offer official? But you’re planning to let the BCN board know in advance that they are being pussies?
Thanks.
Jwd- I don’t think anyone is saying the £5 relates to Vectura. Someone said for example: if Synairgen buyout was a similar price (£1bn) that would equate to £5 per share as there are 200 million shares in issue. Cue lots of debate about an appropriate t/o price.
There is a MASSIVE difference between
A) Ramping up to producing 100k per month
B) Producing an avg 100k per month in 2021
C) From Jan 1st 2021 - we are producing 100k per month
I think RM’s wording was ambiguous - probably somewhere between A and B - definitely not C. Some on here are suggesting we should be already producing that but it would be criminal to spend that much money pushing the button on manufacturing without approval. So to moan that we are not at point C is, as Hanoi suggests, deliberately misleading and setting a negative tone for the day.
While the market reaction was disappointing yesterday- nothing has really changed. The Home Trial was always going to be difficult to prove anything because of the small numbers but results did add to the case for SNG which is good news. News on Activ-2 could come imminently - with progression to P3. The number of patients targeted in that trial will hopefully provide sufficient evidence to grant EUA, with P3 international results being the silver bullet later in the year with evidence that it works against different strains. Being virus agnostic is a very important point which will be a key selling point for governments stockpiling. Hopefully that comes sooner rather than later if EUA is granted - but as a long term investor I am remaining calm.
If you are chasing quick profits good luck to you - but I think we can all agree that those who come on here to gloat, talk the share down or be persistently negative are all scumbags.
It should also be pointed out that you’ll drive yourself insane if you spend time thinking if I’d invested here on this date and then switched here and then into Synairgen...I’d be a millionaire by now.

“For prophylaxis, I believe that any day now, there will be an emergency use authorization to still receive one or more of the monoclonal antibody formulations, but not yet,” he said, adding that there is an oral drug that we’ll “hear about any day now” manufactured by Merck, as well as an inhaled Interferon.
I think this article is new...although just states that the uni medical centre is recruiting for Activ-2 in the Nashville area...

Is it just a coincidence that the likes of dumb and Scinv appear when the sp is down? Every single time. If anyone is still shielding and off work and has the time to work out the timing of their appearance with sp movements. That would be statistically significant enough to make the Lancet. Scinv clearly has time on his hands he’s been posting non stop for 3-4 days.
