Is it just a coincidence that the likes of dumb and Scinv appear when the sp is down? Every single time. If anyone is still shielding and off work and has the time to work out the timing of their appearance with sp movements. That would be statistically significant enough to make the Lancet. Scinv clearly has time on his hands he’s been posting non stop for 3-4 days.

We are definitely on the radar - it’s just a shame Matt Han****’s neighbour isn’t on the Board of Synairgen or we’d have EUA and orders already. A bit more patience required before the blockbuster RNS.

Good points Schrow. Just imagine if the ‘long covid’ results are positive from the home trial. It’ll potentially be the first proper study and trial results released with this detail which will certainly be newsworthy.

I understand some long term holders getting twitchy, it isn’t enjoyable being underwater - but it’s the pure scumbags who come on here to gloat and/or scare people into selling (probably to stock up themselves) that I have a real issue with.

Junior - go back and read the RNSs about the phase 3 trial. India was one of the countries on the original list of 26. It should be no surprise to anyone who has read the most basic of information about this company. And refer to Consilium’s previous message - they announced P3 start, but don’t announce further information on P3 progress.

Get a grip. I can see from your other investments you are overexposed to covid sticks so have had a tough week or so - but don’t start making ridiculous comments and demands.

Where are you getting your 50% rise from? What are you basing your valuation on “when we get a positive RNS”?

If we get a positive RNS - e.g. progression to phase 3 of activ-2 and applying for EUA, possibly some pre-orders...why would we only rise 50%? What is your view of market cap of a successful COVID treatment in the middle of a pandemic? It’s certainly way ahead of the valuation you’re suggesting. It won’t matter what the starting value is. If you don’t understand that - you need to learn how to value a business, understand discounted cashflows and/or equity multiples.

Long term holders have been defensive this afternoon/evening as people have been jumping to conclusions that nothing is happening on the manufacturing front and the equity raise money has been wasted etc without any evidence...all because news which was promised in Q2 has not arrived before Q2 and the share price is down a bit - in line with the rest of the market. Some of you need to have a word with yourselves and stock up on brown trousers.

Thanks gggg plus others including mikep/ fruits/ Matterhorn etc - keep up posting the good info you’re digging out. Far more constructive than much of the whining going on here.

There’s a lot of posters from Tunbridge Wells around the moment. The sooner the country opens up a bit the better, as hopefully people will find something better to do rather than looking at - and being outraged by - the daily price movements and focus on the bigger picture.

Dude - it’s down 2.99% today. Stocks can go down as well as up! Sometimes on no news as well. If you don’t understand that, then premium bonds are perhaps more suited to you as an investment.

We will hopefully get an upbeat update from the CEO soon - but I’d rather wait until he has some news to talk through and then give a detailed interview.

Oak/Denny - yes RM and team are going about this in exactly the right way. As you say “data is king” and before long, our results will start rolling in. And all the scientific evidence and papers make me confident it will be good. I know I just need to be patient.

I agree Andy - every shareholder here has read a number of articles over the past 6-9 months saying exactly the same thing. I’m amazed how slow progress has been - that’s not a criticism of Synairgen BTW but the lack of support across the spectrum, from governments to the medical community (bar Activ-2).

I think they’re kindly waiting for the start of the new tax year, so that those with any holdings in normal share accounts can sell and re-buy in an ISA in early April.

The interesting bit for me is...

To me that sets the bar once we have approval and pre-orders rolling in and have already had Manic Monday mark II - then we can still look forward to a further uplift from a buyout at a big premium.

It may well be...but there’s nothing wrong with a bit of daydreaming over the weekend. People shouldn’t soil their pants about a rumour that doesn’t come to pass. Just take everything you read on here with a pinch of salt - but I like the lengths some people have gone to in their sleuthing!

Those are the phase 2 results - a chart we’ve all seen before - but it’s good that the news is being spread. Dr Mary is a good source of info.

I can see a few of you have been wound up by Dumbass talking down this share. I can’t as I blocked him for doing similar on another shared I’m invested in. He has shown his true colours here now...best ignored.

Of course as it’s the BBC they don’t mention therapeutics but the interesting bit for me was a PM openly criticising the EMA for being slow - see quote below. The same applies to life-saving therapeutics of course. Hopefully they will speed up their approval process...
