Over the years I've worked for a number of start-up companies and can tell you that they are a cauldron on long hours and hard work but most of all fast moving. There is always something to report. Plenty of newsflow. That is why I've always have my suspicions about many overtly quiet AIM/MM companies.

The USP for this company died when the FCA poured coldwater on their applications and registrations. It almost seemed from that point onward they were looking for an alternative use for the company and Jack and Tone have got a little bored of their 3 days a month side hustle.

Angra is just a grubby little sidestreer/portacabin type FX outfit that ticks over with zero PR. There are loads of them in London.

In short, they had an idea, used UK investors to fund it (as usual) and it hasn't panned out. Even their new idea, Semnet is looking like an uphill struggle and could turn out to be another dud.

Hardly suprising that some bigger holders feel like they are selling out.

Of course it's not put through as a direct expense, that's idiotic but they will create a delfected expense event like 'first class flights' or marketing expense. Worse still it they gove themselves a pay rise directly reflecting the cost of the shares like some have.

Business is all about using someone elses momey to enrich yourself.

Most directors are sly-handed. The reason they often only buy £20-40ks worth is that they can then expense the purchase via 'expenses' in lieu via other means.

Mick, the auditors are only working on LAST YEARS accounts. AZ knows fines well that there will never be any evidential accountants released that will show the NUBURU payments (i

e from himself) as the company will be long gone by the time those accounts are due.

Harley - I managed to get most out but wrote off the last £5k. My frustration with, not just SYME, but the way the markets have become just an open tickets for every conman and shark around the world , right under the noses of the regulators who seemed to be more keen protecting the image of the market rather than the investors.

This is so obviously going to delist. AZ is playing lip service here but just watch, there willbe an issue with the accounts and the FCA will make the decision for them. AZ can then give it the "hands were tied" routine
