As far as I'm concerned that's a solid commitment and proof that brass tacks negotiation and discussions are taking place. RNS it!!!!!

So many UK listed micro-caps looking for varying excuses to delist due to the slowdown and aggressive tax regime.

Had about 20 stocks on my watchlist at the start of this year. Around 10 of them are now suspended for various reasons, some are highly unlikely to come back. These are the ones I was looking at , so heaven know how many more have gone but barely a day goes by on the RNS listings without a few cancellation or suspension notices

It's clearly a trend. I'm afraid to say, there isn't much financial incentive for GST to keep listed in the UK.

If possible could we start a thread / replies , listing all the 'deals' and MOUs etc that AZ has allegedly signed that have come to nothing?

Yeah, we all read that, saw the dates but also are smart enough to acknowledge that AZ has failed to meet payment deadlines repeatedly

If there is nothing wrong with the accounts and everything is above board then it sbouldn't have taken the new auditor much time to verify that should it?

Inability to produce EoY accounts , regardless of your auditor is a huge red flag. Semnet in protracted arbitration with no clear path advertised. The stock already suspended after a highly suspect announcement and subsequent sell off will have the FCA placing this stock on the amber list.

UK investors are always the last to know.

The stock can be deleted after 40 days of suspension wirh no clear resolution.

FCA should intervene here.

If the accounts were clean, uncomplicated and above board, they would have been released already. But they have not.

I don't know a situation where there has been a suspension and auditor resignation where the resulting accounts have proved to be fantastic.

A lot of nervous over-posting here, probably reassuring themselves more than anyone else but in reality, it's squeeky bum time
